FUN COURSE
This is a great course for sharpening your skills. Greens were excellent even though they are very undulating, a pleasure to putt on ,
Overall the experience you get from this mid length layout is well worth the visit.
My critisism is that they need permanant tee markers installed on the tee boxes so that club selection is more accurate to measure as they move the tee blocks to different locations,
My other peeve is that for the first time visitor the direction to the 17th tee is not there and it is very misleading to know which direction to thake in the street of houses.
IDID mention this to the pro shop saff the last 2 times I played last year and this year nothing has been done, BUT do not misunderstand me I will be back lots of times as it is a great placeto visit,
cheers,,,,,,,,,,,,,michael
Short old course
East side in the burbs. Short yardage course some challenging threes. Small sloping greens. Started round at 1 finished at 5:15 restaurant/ bar closed. Kinda dissatisfied but hey the old guys are home I guess and business dictates closing.
Love Short Course Challenges
You can design a course as long as forever, but at the end of those long fairways... you still have to knock the ball in the hole. Greens were nicest I've ever played. Not fast. Not slow. Just right. No 3-putts tells you, perfect greens. Friendly staff. Foursome of older gents ahead of me waved me through. Golf etiquette is alive at Rolling Hills! Can't wait to return.
Good experience
Course was very user friendly. Starter let us off early.
Course fairways are in good condition, except for a few spots where drainage seems to be an issue. Bunkers could stand some improvement. All-in-all a delightful day.
Fun exec course
Course is in good shape and a good place to work on your shortcomings.
good executive course
Played with a long time friend.
The course was in good condition with lesser than normal fairway bare spots.
For what it professes to be, Rolling Hills is a very good value.
Greens and tees a little fuzzy
Nicest executive course around. Plays like a a regular full size golf course with 8 par 3s and no par 5s. Greens were fuzzy and tees were long.
Rolling Hills
A nice layout and in good shape for the time of year. Greens were excellent. A real nice place to play to sharpen up your short game. Nice driving range too.
great course with great staff, played with 2 guys I just met that day very friendly and fun.
