Great Greens
Course has always been in medium shape with exceptional greens. The fairways are markedly better than usual, but the greens are country club quality!
Friendly golfers let us pkay through
I was an hour earley for a single. Asked if I could tee off early since it was not busy. He said no!!!! Can only let yoo off at the booked time. I do not think it was friendly
Oceanside Golf
Potentially a super nice and challenging course. Nice grass range, pro shop and bar. Friendly staff. The only grass on the course were the greens. I will play the course again.
Fairways Dormant
Not sure why Oceanside did not decide to overseed the fairways. Only the greens are in good shape. As a result, the fairways are brown and dormant. They won't green up until spring. I was disappointed since I like this course.
Don't bother
Dormant fairways. Bad tee boxes. Only decent aspect was the greens. An old guy just decided he was more important than everyone else on the course and decided to go around everyone. Pace of play was slow despite not that many people on the course. Definitely not worth the $30 hot deal. Will not be back.
Good course, challenging greens
This course is quite fair for the moderately skilled golfer, with good fairways and good greens. The greatest challenge for me were the greens, which have a good deal of slope and are rather quick--extremely quick going downhill. I wasn't thrilled about the 11th and 12th holes (steeply uphill short par 4, very steeply downhill short par 3). The latter hole is barely visible if you are just a few yards in back of the white tees. Outside of those holes, the layout was, i thought, quite fair, with a couple of par 5s less than 500 yards that are reachable in two for the skilled (non-pro) golfer. Excellent pace of play the day I was there--18 holes in about 3 1/2 hours.
Worth a Shot
Decent corse with some fun attributes. If you have not played it is worth giving this courses your golf shot!
Course is fun to play
Greens in great condition. Fun course with a little different challenge at each hole. If you don’t keep it in the fairways of the tees could be big trouble on your score card or you’ll be creative with shots.
Punched Greens
There was no mention of the greens being punched until we got there. The gentlemen we were paired with also said they had no knowledge and the only reason either of booked the tee time was due to most other facilities gave notice of their greens being punched. This is a major turn off for myself.
Fairways were OK but there are large sections of just dirt / hard packed sand.
Hidden Gem
This is a nice, affordable course. Players ard staff are very friendly.
Good Value, Great Walk!
Friendly staff, challenging layout, good greens. Hard to beat for the price.
The "G"
Played here years ago before the face lift. Great redo of course plays kind of like a dessert course more target golf like. Must play for position to score well on dog legs etc. Greens were nice and ran pretty true.
Great mix up of holes
Fun course, some technique required on a few holes while others are geared for crushing it off the tee with wide open fairways. Excellent 13th hole always fun to hit so far down to the green. Good staff, nice range, watch out for all the darn bee hives lol otherwise love playing this course.

Some holes are fair some completely punitive. Make a fair shot and you r punished by the overhanging canopy
