I was a loyal member for a long time but did NOT renew my membership because of the lack of respect these people have for the great game of golf!! Course has deteriorated so much in the last year!!! Tee boxes suck, no grass some are even put on slopes!! The cart paths are like a mine field! Constantly dogging jagged cement slabs. Like you are in a combat zone! Fairways are full of moguls you have to avoid. Usually the greens are the only thing they have going for them unless the green keeper messes with them! For the price to play this course $$$$$ it should be at least 50% less than what they charge! The City of Coppell needs to purchase this course then close it for renovations and give the great city of Coppell what they deserve!! A great place to play the great game of GOLF!!!!!

Staff was friendly. Have played this course many times and the summer has definitely taken its toll on the course. It’s in rough shape. Several balls ended up in the large cracks that split up the fairways. Won’t judge them too harshly though since this summer was brutal.

Not sure if they are selling the course, but there is no other reason for it to have been in the condition I saw it in. Absolutely theft for them to charge any amount of money to play.

Very rough
This has been a rough Summer weather wise for sure, very little rain and many weeks of triple digit temps, so all courses in DFW have struggled to some extent. That said, I’m guessing this course doesn’t have an irrigation system, or they only water the greens.
The price was okay, $40 for a noon tee time on Sunday, the staff was friendly and we basically had the course to ourselves, but given the conditions of the course I would not play there again.

Giant cracks
The golf course needs water bad, played cheaper courses in better condition

Such bad shape, it was dangerous to even drive the golf cart through the fairways. Woof.

Good lay out bud badly maintained can’t find balls in middle of fairway as it’s dry like a desert

Might be the worst course in Dallas right now
Course is in terrible shape. I don't mind it being roughh but the fairways are awful. Cracks and craters all over the place. I know it was a hot dry summer, but this is neglect. I will not be playing here for a long time. It was not enjoyable at all, no matter how cheap it is.

A crack course
There are cracks all over the course from the hot summer but when you lose 5 balls in the fairway into cracks that's a bit much.
The fairways were hard and were in need of water.
The greens were hard as well as the tee boxes.
I have played here for almost 8 years but this will be the last time. 🥺
My last point; the cart paths are in bad shape and there should be a chiropractor standing by after playing this course. Really, unacceptable, unbelievable, it's obvious it's about the money and not the pleasure to play. 😡⛳️😡

Course needs help
Overall the golf was fine, the staff are superb and friendly. The greens are in ok shape but need some tlc. The issues are the fairways, your ball can literally disappear in some of the cracks. I get that the last few months have been hot but this looks like no water has hit the, in years.

Pricing does not equal conditions
Although TX has been extremely dry-the fees charges and conditions of the fairways make this course a no go for the foreseeable future. Have played here multiple time. Feel like I was taken advantage of from a pricing perspective since you literally could get you 2 shot gobbled up by 3-7 inch cracks in the fairways. Very disappointed.

No Fair way
Technically and obviously, golf club didn't care about the course. All 18-hole course fairway is like cracks. Some of them are large enough that the ball could get in. I never going back to this course.

Poor ground maintenance / course conditions
Grounds crew is making no effort to control weeks going to seed and greens are also deteriorating with lack of care. No effort to pick up trash and crews throws trash from their cart on the back 9. Roughs not mowed or have become dirt w/o grass. Always excuses, but course condition is getting much worse. No water in hot weather. Very sad for a high potential course.

Poor Course Maintenance
Fairways in bad shape. Desiccation Cracking is extensive. You could lose a golf ball and if you are not careful you could twist an ankle. Some tee boxes are so hard you need a hammer to get your tee in the ground.
The greens have been kept up fairly well, but bunkers are a mixed bag, with markedly different types of sands.

Poor Course Maintenance
The pace of play was good, but that is because the course is not even half full. At 10am making the turn, I should have seen a full parking lot, yet it was less than half full. The fairway conditions are horrific. It is obvious they did not water the course fairways properly, which led to desiccation cracks, which led to broken sprinkler system pipes, which led to larger and deeper cracks in the ground. The course fairways are ruined. Once the rains do come and the crack close up the course will become a bumpy nightmare. The only solution to make it playable again and bring back customers will be to renovate the course. I will say the greens were in fairly good shape, putts stayed true.
