Freedom Golf Course
The golf course at Freedom Golf Course (previously known as Fiesta Lakes Golf Club and Patriot Golf Course) is an excellent location for golfers to work on their short game. The executive length course has a risk-and-reward layout for an interesting game. This course may be short but there are several challenging elements. Situated on a terrain of rolling hills, golfers can expect uneven lies and elevation changes adding some interesting elements to the course. Water hazards come into play on several holes and there are strategically placed sand bunkers present on the course as well. Freedom Golf Course is well maintained with plenty of nice, shady areas.

ATTENTION GOLFERS — about 2 months ago this golf Course was a homeless shelter. Trash, weeds, and greens that were un putt-able. Over the last month or two, the change of onwership has changed the whole energy of this play.
PERFECT 9 HOLE FOR PLAYERS LOOKING TO LEARN THE GAME OR JUST BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO RELAX FOR AN HR OR TWO.
Focus on what they have done ... not what they took over. SSGC is my new fav spot in town
Didn’t know this existed
If your looking for 1 to 2 hrs of peace & golf ... this is this spot! I have lived here my whole life and never been here. Plus it’s a challenge. FAST GREENS. — I will be back.
This Course is under new Management
Upon arrival at this property 4 months ago it was in very rough shape as the previous owners did not take the necessary steps to insure the health of the golf course. They are now under a new management which is a local Independent company call Stripe Show. I have had the honor to meet now with both of the owners aNd they both seem like very driven entrepreneurs within the golf industry. The property still has a long way to come and needing some warmer weather. But overall the changes in the last 4 months have been mind blowing. Highly recommend this for all skill levels, and a great evens I gotta course to get in a quick 9 before dark. Also great to have a range to get some warm up swings on before the round.
Best 9 hole option in the area
Love this little hidden gem. Course is tucked away on a nice piece of property with big, shaded trees and a nice lake in the middle. Good option for getting in a quick 9 at a decent price.
Not as advertised
I paid for 18 holes on a 9 hole course, assuming we just go back around and play 9 again. Well since the course was in such crummy condition, and there weren’t any golf carts like advertised, we decided to not play the back 9. But u paid upfront, and instead of refunding me the difference the guy in the club house said it’s a golf now issue not their issue. So no I would not recommend this course to anyone. I’m never coming back.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!
In spite of the large amount of debris on the course, the customer service isn’t any better! If you pay more than $10 for this course it will be foolish/ robbery!!!
Needs some cleaning
Purchased as a hot deal so we played even though much of course was under water due to it being the areas flood water collection basin and no refund policy if course is open. With a little work to clean up trash, debris and redefine layout, this can be a nice course again. Staff are amazing but seem overwhelmed with the amount of work needed. Brought my daughter today for her first round and truly enjoyed the holes we were able to play. This executive course offered a nice challenge for a beginner and practice for a more seasoned player. Wouldn’t recommend for a week or so to allow drying out of the flooded golf course.
Course needs work
This course had been recommended to me since I am newer to golf. I have a played a few different courses and this one by far was the worst! The course was mostly a mix of dead grass, dirt patches, and tree debris. Ground is pretty hard had troubles getting a few Tee's in but I was able to find a spot that was a little softer allowing the tee to set. Alot of water on multiple fairways and greens. If these issues get addressed then this could be a nice course but for now I will not be going back. This is an overpriced course if you ask me due to lack of maintenance and the course being shared with disc golfers!
Course had litter at various locations. Sprinkler heads were exposed and upright causing trip hazards. Five-some was allowed to play and would not allow players to play through.
Fun Executive Course
This was a fun course to play with my 12YO son. Don't expect any long Par3 holes though, my 8i came out twice, rest of the holes I teed up with 9i or PW. Felt the value for money was average, could be improved by adding carts or reducing the price to be closer to $1/hole as a walking-only course. Will play again.
Quiet place to practice
Plenty of shade. Never busy. Short 9 hole course with driving range. Staff is friendly. At noon runs off of honor system.
It is a good course to get some swings in and to get a few steps. It is not an immaculate course. The cost is minimal.
Took my wife to an executive course for her first time out and this place was a mistake. Green not cut and debris all over course. Fairways were in horrible condition even for this time of year. Greens had dog feces and debris on every single hole. I will never book a tee time at this course again
That is not dog feces-goose feces, they stay all year there and its poop from grass.
Freedom doesnt ring
Bad range, bad tee boxes, bad greens, holes cut poorly, not much of a golf course. Decent 9 hole practice where you dont need more than pw, lots of big trees and shade. Disappointed overall, could be a gem of a short course on that property
This course is a great practice course. Don’t expect a tpc experience on this course but it is great for my wife son and I so we can take our time and learn what is going on with our shots. The course is a great budget course and very fun to play.
