Peoria Pines Golf Club
About
Peoria Pines Golf Club is an executive length course that has a mix of par 3s and par 4s and calls for the use of several different clubs. There are also two lengthy par 5s that are over 500 yards. The course is suitable for all skill levels as it has enough challenge for advanced golfers but is still accessible to beginners. Water hazards come into play on seven holes. There are also several strategically placed sand bunkers. The greens, although well maintained, play slow. Peoria Pines Golf Club's green fees are reduced in the summer as well as on weekday afternoons in the peak season.

Need to clamp down
Our group plays Peoria Pines at least 3 times a week and enjoy the course and staff. However last week we played behind the same two young ladies twice. First time they were in a foursome the second a threesome. Before each round they went to the parking lot and loaded up their carts with booze and food regardless of the signs all over the course about no outside food or beverages. By the fourth hole they were already calling for the cart girl for more ice. By the back nine they were drunk and not making any attempt to keep up. They had 3 holes open in front of them and several groups stacked up behind them. When we finally confronted them they were rude and one gave us the finger. We drove around them but it ruined our experience and that of the groups behind. The cart girl knew them as locals so this was obviously tolerated. Where we come from an establishment can have their liquor license pulled for allowing this but maybe that's not the case here.
Greens are immaculate. Great speed. No banks
It’s a great track to get done in 3 hours. Move quickly. Great staff. One of my favorites
perfect peoria pines PPP
The course was in great shape. almost nobody playing at noon. the temps were in the 80's and 90's. I was impressed with the staff. ALL were very friendly and helpful
By far the best executive course in the area
By far the best executive course in the area. The greens and fairways are perfect. It’s hard to line up a putt when there are absolutely no blemishes on the green to line up on. The course was packed but the pace was very acceptable. Great course. Will definitely be back again.
Surprised
Played 18 holes and the course is in the best shape I have ever seen it! Paiirbthat with reasonable green fees and couldn’t be happier.
Back 9 backup
The greens were beautiful and the fairways, bunkers, traps, and all the course was well maintained.
The pace of play was good until we got to the tenth hole.
Somehow there was a foursome on that green, a threesome in fairway, and a foursome and our foursome on tee box. (I paid for 18 and only played 9 for the sake of time management) .
Disappointed but we enjoyed the front 9
* it’s way better than the days of Country Meadows :)
Best round ever
This was a great day. We had no delay and that allowed for good golf rhythm and a low score. Very enjoyable. My granddaughter was very happy that we were able to play so uninhibited and finish all 18 hokes. We were treated well by the entire staff.
Peoria pines
It was a decent course staff with some my friendly had a good time will continue to play every weekend if I get the discount
Probably the worst corse I have ever played...I don't recommend this course to anyone.
Absolutely hideous for 70 dollars I expected a decent golf course it was anything but weeds everywhere greens not cut fairways terrible eight dollars for a very small bucket of balls. Never again save your money and go somewhere else.
Great experience
Always a great time. They treat us as family and friends.
No balls
For crying out loud, I had a tee time at 7am and they didn’t have buckets of balls ready to hit. This should be a closing task EVERY SINGLE DAY to fill the buckets and have them ready to hit the next morning. There really isn’t an excuse. The lady in the pro shop when I checked in was kind enough to radio the guy bringing up the carts to get me a bucket to hit and I was barely able to do that before my tee time. But this is t the first time that I have played early and they didn’t have balls to warm up with on the range.
Great course
Had a great round. We're paired with a great couple. We will be back.
This is Scott Richmond, the General Manager for Peoria Pines. We do not condone this at all. If you could please call me at (623) 972-1364 extension 100 or email me at gm@peoriapines.com I would like to figure out who this group of lady golfers is and also the beverage cart attendant so I can make sure this never happens again. Thank you for this review. I look forward to speaking with you.
