Nice course, friendly staff, very good value
I just joined the Pueblo Del Sol (PDS) “Twilight Golf Membership” which is great! The only restriction is I can’t reserve a T-Time before 1130am but otherwise it’s open. Great value (break even is paying guest fee 6 x/mo.) I’m surprised ratings aren’t much higher for this course. I’ve played many courses especially in Tucson and this one is on par with most plus staff are very friendly. Course is well maintained and greens are very nice. I highly recommend this course especially for the value and I don’t have to drive up to Tucson to find something comparable.
Disappointed
The course is in good shape. The pro shop staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The facility, including the pool is very nice. The bar and restaurant staff are very cold or even rude. Our bartender/server refused to even acknowledge us. For a much friendlier and more hospitable experience, I would recommend one of the other golf courses in Cochise County. The previous time we played at this course had an equally bad experience with the beverage cart driver.
fast greens
Course does provide challenges off the tee. The fairways and rough was all in great shape. The greens were in great shape and very very fast.
Bushwood
Great pool and tennis courts
Fancy clubhouse
Great greens
Great condition
My favorite
$20 golf
$2 beer
Needs new grip
OK course but terrible cart paths
Not a bad course but the worst cart paths I've ever seen bring your four wheel drive
On Par with most Public Courses
Golf course is well maintained especially the greens that are quick. Fairways and tee boxes in good condition, however players could be more helpful in filling in their divots. Front nine is more interesting than back nine as holes 9 thru 16 are all par 4's. Course is worth playing.
Enjoyable Course with Great Greens
The course is a relatively boring layout but is usually in good condition with excellent greens.
They have a tendency to over-water the course. The bunkers are very inconsistent, varying from mud to concrete texture.
Best course in Sierra Vista - worth playing if you're in town.
Expect fast greens.
The front nine holes are wide fairways which usually give you open shots into the greens. Greens are somewhat inconsistent as to whether they will hold shots or let them release out. The back nine starts off (#10 & 11) very challenging to make par. However the back nine gives you seven par 4's in a row finishing with a long par 3 and average par 5. Greens are consistent with the front nine. Overall course is challenging and worth playing.
Great golf course...Please post some tee times on GolfNow!
