Willowcreek Golf Course
About
Willowcreek Golf Course in Sun City has one regulation length 18-hole course, the Willowcreek Course, as well as one executive length course, the Willowbrook Course. The traditional layout of the Willowcreek Course features three lakes that form water hazards that come into play on four holes. The course is relatively flat but there are some minor rolling hills that cause uneven lies. The fairways and greens are consistently in good condition on both courses and they are both considered very user-friendly. The Willowcreek Golf Course facility used to be private but it is now open to the public.

Great value for money
Last minute booking for $16 for a round and it was great value at that price point. Course was just your average kind of Neighbour good course in phoenix but was full of nice folks and was in decent condition for sure. Worth array of the price is right!
Enjoyable Course
The course was challenging and we enjoyed immensely! The only negative was that our golf cart had bird doo on the steering wheel and seat. I had to clean it myself. That was pretty bad but other than that great course!
Great course for the value, in great shape for this time of year. Greens very receptive and roll smooth. Worth checking out for a casual afternoon round
Better than expected
Decent condition, greens held better than other SC courses, tees and fairways also in better condition. Got a Hot Deal on Golf Now, definitely worth the money. Will play again.
Good GN course
Pace was good course is in good shape. One of the better SC courses. The par 3 greens are full of ball marks not repaired by players in spite of the announcements to fix them every 10
Minutes on the overcom
Nice course.
I play here a lot and really enjoy it. The only complaint I have is carts are not included in the green fee.
Enjoyed the course
Enjoy the course Pesa play it was slow greens were in very good shape had a very good time except for the slow play
Slow
Pace of play was slow. 4 hours and 45 minutes. Greens were fast and firm. The ball would bounce off or run to the back. Ranger could spend his time better keeping pace instead of bugging us about something inconsequential.
Terrible pace of play
Ok, we did have a late tee time for this time of year, ie 2:00 pm. However, we expected to be able to get in 18 holes by sundown, had the pace of play been reasonable. Sadly however, there were 2 groups of 5 ahead of us, several of whom were of the very senior category, and barely able to move. While I am always happy to see seniors out golfing as long as they can, I question the courses decision to allow people who can barely get in and out of the carts, or walk to the green, to play with 4 more people who are not much more “able.” We played as a foursome with another couple we had never met, two of us were walking, and we waited for 10 minutes or more, on every hole. And I am probably being generous with that calculation. I don’t understand the need to allow 5 players at a time. It merely keeps people from wanting to play there in the future, so that one extra green fee they got with the group of five, may very well be detrimental to the long term success of the course. I will admit, I have played in a group of five in the past, and we hustled to ensure we never held anyone up. But we are in shape, walk very fast and don’t spend time visiting and pondering every shot out there. No one has ever had to wait for us. Had we been told that there were two groups of 5 seniors ahead of us, we could have made an informed decision as to whether we played that day or not. As it was, we quit at 15, as the group of 5 had dropped to 2 on hole 10, and we were still waiting a long time on every hole.
Golf at Great Eagle
Nice layout, and in very good condition. Very slow pace of play on Friday pm. Greens are rather small but good for the time of year.
