Sun City Country Club
The golf course at the Sun City Country Club provides a challenging championship course in an elegant setting. The private course has a tight layout with fairways that are lined with trees and bushes. The trees provide plenty of shade, a welcome asset on sunny days. The greens play at medium speed and they are consistently in good condition. Several of the greens are elevated and sloped. A water hazard comes into play on three holes on the course. The seventh, a 153-yard, par-3, hole is the signature hole. It requires a tee shot over water that has to carry at least 125 yards. The upscale Sun City Country Club offers fine dining options as well as an experienced and helpful on-site golf pro.

Have not played this course for several years and was extremely disappointed. Tee boxes, fairways and even the rough were all in terrible condition. Greens had many bad spots and were extremely slow. Just seems like nobody cares about course condition. Probably the most poorly maintained course in Sun City area.
Still In Great Shape
One of the nicest course to play in Sun City. Great shape tee to green, Nice staff. Not typical sun city course as it has plenty of mature trees. Just enjoyable.
In Great Shape
Staff and facilities are always great. Played in just over three hours teeing off at 10 after we got by foursome to start home 10 Course in good shape tee to green.
This course really reminds me of the courses in the Midwest part of the country. The tees and greens were in good shape, the fairways were a bit spotty in areas but they seemed to be directing a bit more water in those areas so they seem to be trying. Couldn’t tell you about the condition of the traps because I managed to avoid them. But I will tell you that my wife managed to get out of them easy enough and she is usually a terrible bunker player!!! Oh yeah, you can score well here if you avoid the trees. The pace of play stunned me since we had 2 fives ones ahead of us ( played in exactly 3 hours)....
Really slow play
For a country club course was in pretty poor condition
Had to wait on every hole even skipped a hole to get around really slow group
Fun, challenging short course. Greens extremely firm, hard to stop any shot. Speeds were good, not too fast. Fairways and greens were in good shape. Would play again, just play it smarter.
Nice course with great staff.
Had a fun time for my first experience on this course. I was paired with some real nice fellows. We all made it a fun Father's Day.
Stay Between The Trees
Course is in good condition as long as you stay in the fairway. There are some brown spots in the fairway but that’s typical for this time of year. Some brown spots on the greens but still rolls true (and fast). Played mid-morning and got around in three hours with no waiting on every hole. Great hot deal price made it worthwhile.
Nice Old course
Reminds me of back in hte midwest, lots of trees, wide fairways. I like to play the afternoon when noone else is out,
Greens where very slow, tee blocks where shaggy. Bunkers where not kept up and most where hard. Fairways where the only good thing about this course. Wont play again until they speed there greens up. Country Clubs need to be in better shape than this.
One of my favorites
I've played this course 3 or 4 times this year. I keep bringing friends who haven't played it, and they are equally impressed with the mature trees lining the fairways, great condition of the greens, and lush fairways. I will be back.
As mentioned in other reviews hit me straight and it's a pretty easy course. Nice layout, good fairways and well positioned bunkers. The greens are slow and it's a good thing. Any faster and you would never hold the green on approach shots. Friendly staff. Good value. I will play it again.
2nd time playing S.C. C.C. It's a nice switch from the usual Sun City courses
Tree lined fairways provide some shade (and obstacles). Greens are fine, not all ball marked. Lush fairways, good pace of play. One of my favorites for the money.
