Pajaro Valley Golf Club
About
Originally designed by Floyd McFarkland, Pajaro Valley Golf Club has large Monterey Pines lining its generous rolling fairways. Elevated tees provide scenic views of the Pajaro Valley below. Opened in 1922 and redesigned in 1962 by Robert Muir Graves, the course features small bentgrass greens and four ponds with water in play on three holes. The fourth is one of the course's most challenging holes, a 420-yard par 4 with triple-tiered green. The course also was once the home of former U.S. Open champion Olin Dutra, who spent the last part of his career teaching here.

Great staff
The course is great for the price but the staff is
Exceptional
Fun Course
Pajaro Valley is a nice course with excellent staff. Everything was clean, the carts were good and we have a great time playing it.
Go Elsewhere
Management has made it abundantly clear that corporate interests are far more important than course conditions and customer enjoyment. Just go somewhere else.
Nice layout but conditions a little rough. Greens good. Daily fee a bit much for conditions. Played in February, maybe better in summer. I would play it again.
Good Times
Played in a 4some with 3 other lefties. Fun people, fun course. Pretty darn quick greens. Nice outing.
great staff
the staff are very polite. they really make me feel welcome. have played here many times. the customer service have improved a lot the pass couple of years. course condition is about the same. greens are really good after the rain. food is good at the restaurant. i will definitely come back.
Beautiful day
The course was in very good condition aside from the tee boxes, not all, but most. If/when tee box conditions improve than I will definitely be making this a weekly round. Greens and fairways were in great shape. Played in just over 3 hours by myself
Greens nice; the rest shaggy
$45 with cart for Noon time. Ok. Cart dirty with broken screen latch. Greens smoth, not aerated. Fairways not mowed, so daisies, weeds, so little roll. Cow pasture made spotting the ball a challenge. Tee boxes not mowed. Played in 4 hrs 10 minutes, after waiting on every hole from #6 onward. Several groups a slow players, no Marshall. A true mini in need of some TLC. Would not pay more.
Winter player
Very tall uncut rough if your not in the fairway greens very good it was overall a nice course alot of hills and trees you need to be able to drive it long off the tee.
Open course
Good pace of play on this day. I used to play here on a weekly basis. Prices went up the last couple years so I haven't played here for awhile. Glad to have gotten some rain. In June the course was was pretty brown around the edges. I don't play as much as I used to because tee time fees in my area have doubled and tripled so much less golf. Also there should be covid vaccination verification when being paired with a stranger.
