The Majors Golf Club at Bayside Lakes

Course in excellent condition. Some land clearing going on. greens and fairway are in excellent shape. kudos to the new management. course has been made friendlier by removal of some bushes to enhance pin visibility.

It took 51/2 hours for a twosome to play a round , had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to tee off every hole, it was a brutal pace, no ranger

The fairway were pretty dry and the sand traps are not very good. Otherwise the course is a very nice course.

Pair in front of us had one set of golf clubs between them

Group in front of them had a five ball playing the round nobody monitoring the course
Greens very good bunkers better but fairways in places very poor
New real estate going on round the course is going to be disruptive

Certainly the best shaped greens in the area. The fairways are good, but feeling the effects of current drought. Good pace of play. Starter very friendly/ helpful, make sure you tip him!

Greens are good. Fairways are dry, not the course fault. They need rain. Tee boxes are good. I must say all their part threes are either over water or sand just surrounds the green very challenging. Will play there again.

Greens were in great shape, and some on the tee boxes have been re-sodded. Fairways are hard are a rock and need water. HELP Mother Nature! Only concern...Clubhouse was closed when we came in (7pm) and had to use restroom in cart barn. Not the cleanest potty I have ever used. Suggestion, let the cart person have keys to the "clean" clubhouse restrooms.

Waited 45 minutes past our tee time, there were eight carts in front of us when we were on the tee box. Zero grass on the fairways, great layout but sub standard conditions.

Greens were good. The good stopped there. Fairways are thin and dry. I would advise anyone playing to call before you play this course. They book rounds when they have tournaments. We showed for our tee time and were informed their tournament before our tee time was running about 40 minutes late and they would get us out when they could. They had no carts for the tee times they booked because they were all being used by the tourny. We were told by the guys in the clubhouse as soon as we got a cart, it would be a shotgun start so everyone didn't pile up on the first tee. We were informed by the cart guys that the group booked 15 minutes before out twosome tee time was a group of 24 players. How do you justify booking a group of 24 elderly players, then book a twosome 15 minutes later? We had to argue with the cart guys to get the to send us out on the back nine as they were trying to put us behind the group of 24. I live 7 minutes fro this course, I will drive 2 hours before I play here. Overpriced, in bad shape and don't care about their customers. Anyone giving this place a good review must not be playing in Orlando or south of Brevard county because the rates are cheaper, courses are in better shape and you are treated better as a player if you go out of the county.

Great day to play. Not too busy but not empty either. Enjoyed greens but fairways a little sparse of grass. Enjoyed round but was my fault lost a sleeve of balls!
