Worst greens I have ever seen. I am pretty sure Peter Pan Putt-Putt has nicer greens than this course.

Layout was great and staff was super friendly, but the greens had crabgrass and tons of ant hills. There were houses along the course with nice yards than the greens. Would be awesome course if they put money into a groundskeeper.

Greens are terrible. I was one of the first tee times and the greens weren’t even blown off and every green has weeds. It’s like putting through the Amazon. The weeds and non intentional sand pits on the green were a little frustrating. Certain times of the year the greens are better but current season is not one of them.

I absolutely love the layout of this course. I just wish the ownership would invest more into it because it could easily be the best course in the area.

Came from out of town to play this course. The course is in absolutely horrible condition. Some of it is weather/drought related causes however, the vast majority of the conditions is due to neglect. The greens are the worse I have ever tried to play on. This place has potential to be a nice course but it would take a VERY committed/dedicated staff and at least 2 years to get it there.

I hadn’t played Pine Forest in years, and it was still a great value and i still really enjoyed the course routing and shot values. But it would really benefit from a bigger maintenance budget.

Greens were bumpy and slow, difficult to get putts to track. Some bare spots in fairways. The layout is interesting and scenery pleasing. I had a good rate from Hot Deal so overall it was a good value for the round.

Love the layout elevation changes make it fun and challenging fairways and greens need a little help very good for the price to play

This course needs management that understands how to maintain a golf course. I don’t even care about fairways and tee boxes but the greens can not be carpet. The greens are the most important part of golf because thats where you score but it’s impossible when they are as hairy as they are. Why are they not mowing and rolling them?! It’s been like this for nearly 5 years and I can’t possibly explain how frustrating it is to hope for this course to be playable but it simply isn’t. I grew up playing this course and to see where it is now is so infuriating. Used to be one of the funnest courses but now it’s the worst course I have ever played.

I like this course for the most part, but certain fairways continue to be in very poor shape (18 is worst, but 2 was bad as well--muddy puddles (and I can't recall when it rained last). And certain cart path situations have needed some minor fixes for months. My playing partner said it's the last time he wants to play it, it's so bad.

Greens were shaggy and rough. “Fairways” were largely nonexistent on several holes. The layout was interesting but the pace was so slow we gave up on the back nine.

They need seed course and repair bald spots in fairways. Maintainance guy spent more time in his phone than working in the course.

The course has great bones, but needs a little help. One idea, send each cart out with seed and soil mix asking players to help fill bald spots - heck, you might even ask for a few bucks form each player.

Greens need help, dead limbs need to be cut and cleared, maintenance staff needs to get off their phones and work!

Course in fantastic shape, some tee boxes need leveling but fairways and greens are good and love the layout, staff very friendly, I recommend it for sure!
