Tatum Ridge Golf Links

Tatum ridge is a great course and I’ve enjoyed the different times that I’ve played it. That said, I was a little disappointed that many greens were recently redone. Half of the greens were true and the ball would roll as expected. The repaired greens were bumpy and need time to fully grow in. New sod.....not punched holes and sand. My frustration is in paying nearly $30 for a 12:30 tee time with no mention of the repaired greens. With the amount of rain within the previous week, I understand the fairways not being mowed. But again, no mention of either issue when booking through golfnow and no mention when submitting final payment at course. I will return to play sometime this summer as I enjoy the course layout and that it is relatively quiet and away from traffic. Hoping greens will be repaired by then.

Had a 11:53 tee time but showed up about an hour early in case we were able to get out early. Met in the parking lot by an attendant who loaded our clubs and we headed to the clubhouse. Upon entering we were ask our name and were told we could tee off when we were ready. Course overall was dry (due to a spring drought but there were some quite wet areas from watering. We had no one in front of us until the 8th hole and the back 9 was a tad slower but still finished in 3 hours.

Played 18 in 2.5 hours. Greens look like they are ready for some plugs but still rolling good and not in bad shape. Fairways are really in need of water. 15 is a sandlot. Still like this place for a good round with no frills.

Course conditions have bare spots on the fairways. The greens were in in great condition, with true rolls hard and fast. Great pace of play. I was a single and finished the round in 3.5 hours. Overall it was a good value for the money I spent.

price good at 30.....greens very good.....like layout for public course.....but have lost fairways and tee boxes....but as long as greens good can overlook ......Dana is the best!....

Greens were really good - they seem to concentrate their efforts there. Many tee boxes were poor and fairways were mixed.

Greens, fairways and tee boxes all in good shape. Layout allows for target shots on some holes. Fun to play. I'll be back.

Lacking grass in fairways, greens really nice condition.

Not watering except for greens and near greens. fairways were mostly bare and void of grass.

Right from entering the clubhouse, the proshop/starter was quite cordial and even though we were quite early, he said we could go when ready. Fairways were dry but greens were fine, held well and even had to fix some ball marks. We finished in under 3.5 hours. Will play again.

The course is an absolute mess. It is pretty clear the owners of this course are just waiting for a developer to buy them out and either privatize or build houses. Fairways were weeds and sand. Bunkers were like unkept beaches… No rakes. The tee boxes are a total mess. The only part of the course that was halfway decent were the greens. There are dead trees and debris on almost every hole. The driving range looks like one big disease. Very sad all around.

Fairways were in horrible condition, the greens were good, but many had many holes that were replaced in the same areas which made the greens bouncy.

I played this with my foursome for the 1st time 5/2/2024. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had read reviews that complained about grass in the fairways. It’s true they are brown (some casual water?) but in excellent condition, I like a tight lie and never complain if I get extra rollout.
The greens are fully green and roll nice.

So I came back solo, the next day 5/3/2024, and played the front 9 in an hour 10 minutes. Did not play the back because there were foursomes as far as the eye could see. I will return and do recommend.

Great par 5’s around the lakes.. mounds add to difficulty.. tees and fairways need work!!
