The course layout is great, I love it. The conditions of the greens are pretty good,
However, the overall course conditions are just terrible, they sucks! Though a $43 green fee is very reasonable for Florida, it’s not worth it.
The tee boxes and fairways are deplorable, the worst I’ve ever experienced in my 59 years of playing golf.
I would think GolfNow would have higher standards to be connected to a course like this. I wouldn’t want to be associated with this course.

Even if ownership would change, and money was not a question it will take years to recover.
I won’t return until conditions drastically improve.

Staff was great even though tee-time was backed up. I got paired up with nice gentlemen. Great course layout just really rough condition. Greens were generally in good shape rolled nicely. Fairways we're lacking grass so made it tough to judge distances. Hole 17 had a 200 yard marker and the distance was 142 yards. Needs a lot of TLC fairways and tee boxes.

They have let this course go. It’s a mess on the fairways and bunkers. Most tee boxes are just sand. Other than the green which are in great condition the rest of the course looks like it has been abandoned. It’s such a shame because back in October last year the course was in great shape. Don’t waste your money.

This is the worst I have ever seen this course, that used to be my favorite. I will never play at this course again. Like playing in a desert.

I’ve played this course for 20 years. Very fine layout and challenging variety of holes. Former owners let it fall into disrepair and new management is working to restore Tatum to its former fine condition. Greens are in excellent condition. But tee boxes and most fairways are more dirt than grass making it difficult to get a good lie. Lots of weeds on some fairways. Nonetheless, we play because it’s an attractive layout and environment. However, price should be a bit less because of conditions.

Tee offs : some good, some bad
Fairways : too much brown areas
Greens : very good condition

While overall the course was in great shape. The tee boxes on quite a few holes were worn out. Not only in the present day tee makers l. But the whole tee box.

There were also some hard pan spots on the fairways on quite a few holes. However, the greens were nice and for the price at this time of year it was a good deal.

Like everyone else in this area. A little rain and some relief from the snowbirds would really help.

The course could use some tender loving care. Some of the Tee boxes could use some repair. At least move them around to some not so worn areas. Some grass burnout in fairways. Still a nice course to play if you have a blind eye.
