Old favorite, showing it’s age
Played here 25 years ago, loved it. The layout and overall impression of the course is the same, but it’s not in as good conditition as then. Still, an enjoyable.
Dear GolfNow: You charged me $46 per player, + tax, + your fee to play. That was more than I would have paid if I just made my tee time with the course. I saved nothing by using GolfNow.

Hi, Chris. We are glad to see you return to play with us after 25 years. A lot has changed in the time you have been gone. We are sorry to hear the conditions were not up to your standards. Coming out of a particularly rough hurricane season left the course with a lot of areas that need to be recovered. We hope to be fully recovered this summer. For your comment about our GolfNow price, the tee times are meant to be priced using our strategies from the course website. While we always want to give our golfers the best opportunity to play, we also want them to book with us and not rely on our partners to provide them with a chance to get onto the course. We will talk to our revenue team to see what we can do to better match GolfNow and the course website prices.

I Recommend This Course
A challenge on a windy day
My wife and I enjoyed playing The Habitat on our way to a south Florida.vacation. The staff was friendly and set us up with a tee time after we drove in without one. The starter advised playing from the white tees due to the wind. He was right on the money. The course was in great shape for February 3 and the lay out combined with the wind keep the round interesting. The Habitat is worth a regular vacation trip stop.

Interesting layout that makes you think about club selection. Front nine more open than back nine layout. Greens could be cut a bit closer as were a bit slow.

Very enjoyable course play
Course layout was challenging . Long drives and narrow fairways coupled with strategic ‘hazards’ made this course memorable. There are areas that need some repair and landscape maintenance.
I am looking forward to repeat play soon.

Excellent Greens
Always enjoy playing the Habitat Golf Course one of my favorites to play. Course layout is fair but challenging depending on your tee box selection. Fairways are usually in good condition as is the tee boxes and greens are excellent. Sand traps could use some work I.E. new sand. Golf shop is sparsely stocked staff is friendly. The restaurant could be spruced up a bit. Bottom line always a good choice for a day of golf.
