Naperbrook Golf Course

NEVER PLAY IN BACK OF AN OUTING OR TOURNAMENT....I WAS TOLD THEY WERE AN HOUR AHEAD AND WE STILL CAUGHT UP WITH THEM. TOTALLY RUINS THE GAME.

Naperbrook is a fine course with plenty of length, elevation change and tee options. There's a nice mix of long holes that will challenge even the best player and short holes that still require precision and good strategy off the tee. The greens were some of the best I played all year. Played from the tips and the course was all I wanted and more while allowing me to use every club in the bag. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to any golfer.

Always a good experience at this course. Layout is above average, staff is great, pace of play is usually very good.

The course is somewhat challenging for the average player depending on what tees you play. The course offers several tee choices. I played the Blue/White combination which plays at about 6100 yards. At 68 I am losing distance off the tee so I was hitting some long clubs into the par 4. But the course was in good shape and is fair. It is a links style course and as usual it is in your favor to keep the ball in the fairway. There is also some water that comes into play on some of the holes bit overall not too bad.

Great golf track for a city own and run. Great jr golf program for the kids. I recommend it to all.

It is a very fun course in great condition. Wide open which allows for not so accurate players to have a good round. Only downside is that the staff seems a little unfriendly towards players booking tee times through golfnow.

I play Naperbrook several times per year and always seem to have a great time. The staff is friendly and the course is generally is great condition.
The greens hold well-struck shots and the layout offers enough variety to keep things interesting.
Lastly, the pace in never slow (maybe I'm just lucky on that).

I'm a resident of Naperville and $38 with a cart is about the best deal I have ever seen for this course in prime time (Friday - holiday weekend) . This course is nice, and laid out so if you're not that great(I'm a 17) . You can score very well. For some reason we played in just over 4 hours which is unheard of for any of the Naper courses.

Course was in great shape, greens rolling well, only problem was nobody fixes ball marks out there. I fixed 4+ on every green, otherwise course condition would have gotten a 5*

This is a feeling good course; it is hard to screw-up too badly. There is plenty of challenge, but, plenty of opportunity to get out of trouble and save the day.

I've played this course three times now, once last year and twice this year. I was not overly impressed when I played last year and so I normally will play Springbrook when I want to play a course in this geographic area. I find that Springbrook is more challenging. That said, Springbrook has some rough areas where the course is a bit deteriorated and will need some time to dry out. Naperbrook in contrast is in terrific shape which has been a pleasant surprise. It is a fun course that does provide some challenge but is a bit easier in layout. I will give it more play than I have in the past because of the great shape it is in.

Very well maintained course. The pace of play was great. As the course becomes more mature, it will probably draw more people. Two thumbs up.

Wide open fairways. Good conditions and course layout is fair. Greens are fast and in great conditions. Golf cart with GPS.

From the moment I arrived the staff was attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable.
Course Marshall was pretty good at keeping pace up to the times.

THis is a pretty course, well layed out and fun but somewhat challenging to play. It is in Excellent condition even with the rain the night before, none of the greens or fairways were soggy, well maintained.

Every one was friendly like always since my first time the are changed for better i woll br back for sure and very recommended! Period ;)

First time playing the course and thought it was a pleasure to play. The day I played they were preparing for a big outing the next day and the course conditions were great. If the wind is down this course plays very easy. Sand was never really an issue and water only comes into play on 4 holes. If you play in early spring before the fescue is growing it makes the course a bit easier, but I am sure that as the season plays on the course will play gradually harder until the fescue is fully grown.

Overall go out and enjoy this course, the fairways are big, the rough is cut low and the greens are readable. If you can make a few good shots this course is peppered with scoring opportunities. A great course to go out and feel good about your game.
