This coruse is a great wedge course. 54-106 yrds.
The course is well kept, would play there again!
Great for beginners
Went with just my girlfriend who is just starting out. It was her first time on any kind of course, so a great way to ease her into the learning curve.
I also got good practice on my short game (and my first ever hole in one on hole 10!)
Nice Par 3
I was looking for a course where I could get in some practice after not golfing for several weeks. This fit the bill. Did not need anything bigger than a wedge.
Great for Beginners and Budget
Simple as that. Easy for anyone to have fun here if you’re not too much of a serious golfer.
Unprecedented quality for a par 3 course
One of the most fun courses to play in my opinion, a true gem. You get multi-tiered greens that roll true, something not commonly found in par 3 courses. Great practice for approach shots. Get that short game dialed in at Colina park! Only negative I have to say is you hit off a mat for every tee. But for the quality of the course and the price point, you can’t complain
Where do I start???
If you just want to get a quick game in for the cheap, or work on your short game, this is the place! Only 5 dollars for 2 hours of play (had two separate 4 player groups ahead of us so probably would have been faster) but you can’t beat the price. 10/10. Would recommend to a friend!
Laid back
First time playing this course and positively surprised. Truly a 3 club course with the longest hole being just shy of 110yds. Got there early and hit a few balls at the “range”. It’s small which is expected seeing as the course is geared towards short game, however with there being a net across he top, makes it hard to gauge hits. Nonetheless, played a quick 18 plus the few I hit at the range for around $25. Can’t really beat it. Lots of kids playing with their parents so if you can’t appreciate the learning going on and slower place probably not a great place for you. I was able to play 3 balls per hole and still finished all 18 in 2 hours .
Fun atmosphere
Played back nine twice( kids on front 9) was very fun course is in good shape. Wife hit her first birdie and daughter hit sunk her first bird on 18. A chill fun round super laid back, will be back for sure. Good mariscos right around the corner, ton of food options nearby.
Perfect!
This place is like a miniature fairytale, perfect size for challenging wedge game & its consistently maintained... if you want to get better at golf and don't have million$, this is the spot... everything here 50 to 110 yds, lots of uphill downhill, tiny targets and challenging putts. You do hit off super high quality mats and there are many sand traps and few water hazards and waterfalls to complete the vibe. Small 60 yard enclosed range so you can hit driver and shank without worry, also a great 4 hole practice green. I take my elderly parentals, we take 3 wedges and a putter and a couple balls. Staff is great, they have lessons/rentals for kids and adults, a simulator if you really want to get technical, and if your a single and its not super busy people let you play through. Better than going to the range IMO, almost the same price.
Great par 3 course
First time in San Diego and looked for a course close by. All holes par 3 just bring wedges and putter. Great for beginners/working on short game. Majority of greens are in pretty good condition(end of February 2023). I don’t think their is a hole over 110 yards. A mix of flat down hill and up hill holes so good variety. Driving range area and putting green area. Small parking lot but able to find street parking easily. Would play again for sure if in the area again.
Great beginners, layout
Me and my wife we started playing a few months ago, and this place is really beginners, friendly, and easy to practice and get more practice and confidence to grow love it
