The greens has several undulations that are challenging to read.

The old Double Tree course is not what it once was. Slow play, horrible sand traps that are like cement ( little or no sand ), and carts rarely make it all 18 holes. Questionable management. Go across the 15 and play Carmel Mountain Ranch is you want a nice course!

The fairways were dry in many places and some of the sand traps were horrible. They were like hitting off dry dirt. I was disappointed.

The layout of the course is enjoyable but the condition of the fairways is always questionable because of lack of watering. This time the greens has been punched about a week ago. I would consider going back after the first of May, especially if we get some rain.

Great scoring course, and a good place to work out swing fixes. The fairways are not as wide as they look and everything rolls toward I-15. Once we caught on to this feature and being told ahead of time that the greens were inconsistently tacky, We had a great time. The staff was courteous and helpful. Will look for future deals.

Course wasn't bad but for the price we paid $49, Carmel mountain ranch is a better course. There was no full range

Enjoyed course. Greens were excellent. Some fairways were damaged and created unplayable lies. Had a good time with playing guest. Was able to keep on pace and finished in a little over 4 hours. Will return as a weekly player.

This course needs help. The greens were pretty nice and rolling well, however the fairways are just awful. Almost more dirt than grass and bad lies in the middle of the fairways.

One other thing....the purchase of the round on Golfnow included a breakfast buffet, but I was not allowed to get breakfast and take with me on the course. This is a ridiculous policy. I paid for the breakfast, I should be allowed to get one to go box of food.

I'd stay away from this course until they get their act together with the fairways and with their food policies.

This use to be a good course that has had consistent conditions. Now it is trash, there were a lot of bare spots in the fair way (that's not very fair). A lot of the traps had no sad, one even had a lot of standing water (last rain was almost 2 weeks ago). The greens were in rough shape, very bumpy. They were fast which made the bumps worse. Trees were losing branches left and right and they were just left on the ground making finding wayward tee shots difficult. I was paired with a group and we were the first off and it still took 4:15 to play. Another thing for people who have not played here, it is right off Interstate 15 so you can hear the heavy auto traffic on every hole, it can be distraction and is definitely not relaxing.

rain last week so you would expect to have some plug lies and slower conditions. cart on path today which is no suprise. I enjoy this course with all conditions thrown at me from slow to fast and hot during the summer. Hey its golf, so you get bad lies and hit through the fairways,i just hit the ball and play the course. great price to play.

My buddy and I played here during the week and got paired up with two singles. The gentlemen we played with were a great time and did not mind my buddy and I joking and being a little obnoxious throughout the round. The staff was very helpful getting us pro shop merchandise and showing us around the area. The course over all was in average shape for the lack of rain this area has received. Overall for the price I would not return or recommend to anyone but we did enjoy our time here

Course was good , but the sand traps were in poor shape.
No snack bar was a disappointment.

This course is not in the best of shape, but is a good layout. On a Sunday for $34/PP it's a great value.
Greens were in great shape, fairways not so much.
A lot of holes with slanted fairways made it difficult to stay on with rolling on to adjacent fairway. I would
recommend it for the price.

fairways - very dry little to no grass when in the fairways. lots of time hitting off dirt.
Greens hard and slow.
Bunkers wet like concrete. no sand in 90 % of them

Took 2.5 hours to play the front 9.
Hard to get in sync with the waiting.

The greens was bad and the tee boxes where bad too

It is sad to see this course in such bad shape. I have always enjoyed playing here, but I won't now for awhile, a long while. The rough has more grass/weeds than the fairways. Very sparse, a lot of hard dirt patches, no grass. The greens are the most inconsistent that I have ever seen them, they didn't even look like they had been mowed. Because of the lack of watering, it looks like the grass on them is dying and the weeds are taking over. Last the sand traps are not sand at all. Mostly some type of dirt and pebbles. Sorry to write such a negative review.

The course was nice, but had either overbooked or was just the fact that on a Sunday there was no marshal. Someone was teaching there girlfriend how to golf on the course. Our tee off time was 1:39, at 6:15 we were told we had to quit playing because the carts were supposed to be parked already. If that isn't insult to injury.

Course layout has you crossing in front of others teeing up. Not a level fairway in sight. Greens were in good shape. Driving range is a net.

The course is pretty dry and there's a lot of bare spots on the fairways.
