Indian Canyons Golf Resort - North Course

I have now golf there two times and the course has been wonderful as well as the staff

We enjoyed our round at the North course, but were disappointed with several features: cart paths are nearly non-existent and in fair to poor condition, greens were consistently poor (seem to be between two kinds of grass), fairway bunkers are going back to nature which lowers the visual appeal of many holes. Because the grass on greens was mixed, you could see most putts bouncing rather than rolling. The course was pretty long from both forward tees, but most holes were very playable with few blind shots. We had a great time there, however, because the canyon visuals are outstanding. The water jet was a nice visual from several holes, though it wasn’t in lay from the forward tees. Not much water in play overall. We were paired with two men who knew the course well and pointed out homes of former Hollywood greats on several holes and in the hills overlooking the course. The course needs some upkeep to get back to a condition consistent with other courses in the area and in this price range.

The conditions of the turf on the fairways and in the rough were bad. Lots of brown spots and bare spots. The fairway traps are in horrible shape. We were told we could get a free lift if we find ourselves in the fairway traps.

Course was in less than ideal condition. I have never seen their greens as bad as they were. Patchy and bumpy. I would not pay what they are asking for this course. They should reduce their price until such time as it is worth it again.

I first played this course 7 years ago. Conditions were excellent and loved the layout. Unfortunately, the intervening years have not been kind. Fairway bunkers are unplayable; golfers are instructed to remove their ball from the bunker and take a free drop. So much poa annua in the greens that they are extremely bumpy. Many putts were sent off-line by the condition of the greens. Highly recommend playing the South course instead, which is pristine and more interesting layout.

Fun day on a well managed golf course. Golf course appeal to all caliber of golfers. Greens were transistioning between bermuda and cool season overseed, so they were pretty darn bumpy. But hey, I'm an amateur so I take what the golf course offers each time out. You'll have fun!

Like playing this course when staying in PS. Usually in good condition. Staff friendly and helpful.

Course had a 90 degree rule for carts but no paths between tee and greens so rough was worn down. Greens were a strange Color but rolled ok, fairways were in good condition.

Really enjoyed this course and would play it again

The course itself wasn’t in really terrible shape. Fairways and tee boxes needed to be mowed.
The greens were terrible. Very bumpy. Course not worth the $90.00 a person rate.

The green is the worst i have seen since we are here (5weeks) and we have played 10 different courses at better price.
The fairways was not cut and very long.

Have played this course many times over the past 20 years and the course condition was not close to past rounds . Price was up 40 % from prevoius rounds. Gredns were terrible and any part of the cousre other than fairways was very poor!!
