Great day in the sun. Photo submitted by DinoSheardown on 04/27/2020
Fantastic course even greater experience
One of the best courses and staff in the Orange County area. If I could play here everyday I would.
Dont play til november/ aerated
Just aerated. Course in general isnt as well kept as you’d think outside of the greens
How they charged more
I bought hot deal through the golf now ,pretty paid.
But cashier said I only pay half
Ridiculous
Good challenging course .. but too slow
Too slow .. and couldn’t finish the course..
Course is good condition and challenging..
May try again.. later..
Coyote Hills
Course in fair condition. Greens were very good despite players not repairing pitch marks. Bunkers does not have much sand. Fairways fair condition. Pace of play was slow.
Overpriced course
Course is fun if you like target golf but is overpriced at $99 weekday rate. Pro shop employees need training as they did not tell us that range was closed as we paid for range balls and did not tell us that no GPS on cart or have any information for pin placements on greens. You had to just aim at middle all day or guess where hole was when approaching green. Bad customer service.
Rchen
Challenging course. Pace is great in the morning. would play here again for sure.
Good Value
The course is a good layout, good condition, somewhat slow play but still within reason. The greens were a bit slow and grown out but were some of the best in the area when I played. Lots of raised tee boxes. Overall fun course!
Elevation changes, if that is what you want.
definitely not a flat course, and probably play it a little differently now that I have seen it once. leave your driver at home even if you play the back tees. play to wide/ level places and still have less than 8 iron to almost every hole. greens are VERY receptive, but disappointing that most golfers don't fix their ball marks, I literally fix at least 5 on EVERY green, and there was more to fix, I addressed my line and my path to and from the cart, someone else can fix the rest.
Great Course
Took my future son in law there. His first time and he loved Coyote Hills and had a Great time.
Great Condition
Course was in great condition. Greens were rolling pure and true. Overall, the course was in some of the best conditions I’ve seen in a long time.
Slow play.. no marshal.
I played this course for many years, but I think my playing time here has come to an end. It should never take 4 hours and 50 minutes to play a par 70. I spent a lot of time on the greens fixing ball marks from players who just really don't care. Obviously the course doesn't care either if they're not going to have a marshal to discourage slow play. Not worth what they charge.
