The course was in great shape
The course was in great shape. The greens were not too fast or too slow and were readable.
The greens and tees were in great shape
The staff have been airating the greens. They were good last year. They have improved them a lot this year.
Greens were amazing
Greens hadn't been aerated and are smooth and speed was 10+. Dorment Bermuda was as expected. Good value.
Terribly conditioned course
Booked a tee time and asked if there was a driving range and told yes and there was none Golf cart seats were wet and never wiped down when hosed down and some had cracked windshields. Course was never overseeded, fairwasys were a mess and greens were not cut and their explanation was "we don;t have a superintendant". Cart paths were cracked up and looked like they were bombed. Distance markers except 150 poles were non-exsistant and bunkers were never raked at the start of the day. I would not play this course agsin if it there was no green fee.
My round was great! It took 3 hours to play 18, the temperature was 54 F and the rain held off!
This course is in great shape for February. I will definitely play this course again in a couple of weeks.
Royal oaks
Course is in the best condition it has been in a long time. Mark Simpson works the course and he goes out of his way for all the players.
Great time
Even though the fairways are turning because is the recent cold spells the course was challenging and fun. Will play again until bitter cold sets in.

Had a good time. The one drawback to this course is that you move from hole to hole in a very strange way. You have to go in and out of the sub division.
The course is in fair shape. The greens are very good but the fairways are just so so.
I played 18 holes and found the green on the 17th hole to be challenging.
I like the way they have set up the greens some are easy while others are challenging.
The course was in good shape. A men from New Jersey caught up with us around hole 5. he was fun and we had a good time. the weather was great.
Plays longer than it looks.
This is a great little course winding through a pleasant neighborhood. The players are always pleasant and once in a while if you're on the tee waiting one of the residents will strike up a conversation from their back porch. All i all a pleasant day golfing , with some surprisingly tricky shots to be made.
homes way too close
They had changed the course layout since the last time I played there. You almost need a tour guide to ensure that you are on the proper hole. The homes and property lines are "Right-on" the course and it just was not an enjoyable round. Needless to say I will look to play elsewhere in the future.
Nice little course
The course was not crowded so pace of play was perfect. Their green were nice and fairways were ok. Great course for the money. Also had cold beer and wings at the bar for a reasonable price. The staff was very nice.

Terrible everything. Did they fire all maintenance employees?

Got to play an enjoyable round of golf and watch the Solar eclipis in the same day.
Great Value
I have always enjoyed playing this course on occasion over the past 10 years.....currently the cart paths are in very poor shape....the fairways are barely acceptable ,greens were good ...
Overall I think the course has digressed ...
I found it sad to see that it is in a state of repair..
Thanks to a great price from golfnow the day was plesant in spite of the negatives....
Always friendly staff....here's hoping they can make the necessary improvements...
