The course was in fair confldition but the greens were fuzzy & slow. When i asked about a 9 hole replay as a single to see is they coukd pair me up the girl behind the counter said she didn't have an opening for 2 hours. When I told her there was a twosome on the 1st tee that said I could join them she told me I had to wait my turn.
I left & will never return to Whiskey Creek!!!
Fun little course
We had fun playing this course. You can work on your short game but also hit a few long balls. It was in good shape and the people were very nice. We’d go back.
This course was in good shape, especially the greens. It was a good value. Will play here again.
DO NOT PLAY THIS COURSE YOU WILL BE SORRY NO FAIRWAYS THE ONLY FAIRWAY WAS 18. DO SOME MAINT. SEED FERT. FAIRWAY MARKERS TEE BOX MAINT.
Good executive course. Cost was higher booking on Golf Now compared to course website.
Our first time visit. Short layout was nice, though it lacked variety. Pace of play was bad for a short course. Could have been managed better.
We played Whiskey Creek for the first time. The pace was extremely slow. I am not sure if the ranger could do much as there were golfers everywhere. The layout was ok. The small Greens needed cutting as they were a little bumpy. I did say I would recommend this course but to clarify I would recommend this course at $30 or less.
Staff were very friendly.
Great for high handicappers
Nice executive course, good pace, slow greens though they’re not very large. 45-50 dollars seems reasonable for January
The Florida weather was great, and the course matched the weather. Greens were firm and steady and the pace of play was perfect. The only downside that I see in this course is the location of some of the tee boxes. Some are placed fairly close to the greens. Not a problem for us but could be. Be aware.. We plan on playing the course again when time permits
Good course for the money
Snowbird season always makes golf in southern Florida tough. So to get an afternoon rate of $34 is good. We had to wait for most shots but we finished in 4 hours. The course was in good shape except around the water which made losing a ball fairly easy in the tall weeds.
Nice but too slow!
I can only think that it’s tourist season greed that makes the place of play so slow. They seem to want to squeeze as many players through the course as they can. Fun course but I wouldn’t play it again.
Back in good condition
Whiskey Creek is back in good condition after over a year recovering from hurricane Irma damage. Number 2 fairway is totally restored and the greens are in good condition. Course was full but pace was okay at 4 hours for the round.
Nice Par 60 course
Greens good shape albeit extremely slow. Most tee boxes are crowned and pretty rough. Slow play is common. 3:35 to play 18 today. Front 9 took 2:15. Then the foursome in front of us went to a twosome allowing us to play the back nine at a nice normal pace.
Very efficient operation
Short course, but some nice long holes. well maintained. Good price for the area during peak season. Very smooth operation. Personal are very helpful. They Make you feel welcomed. Glasses of ice water ready for you to take. Ready to return throughout our winter stay.. They do need to adjust position of Some tee boxes to adjacent greens.
Missed being hit quite a few times. A lot of FOUR!!! being yelled.
Course still needs some minor improvements
Course is very playable, but some of the tees are bare, the greens are alittle long and the pace of play could be improved.
