Pine Creek Golf Course
About
Located east of Nashville in Mount Juliet, Pine Creek Golf Course claims to have the most well maintained greens in the area as well as some of the most affordable rates. The layout offers different challenges on the front and back nines for a diverse round. The first nine are links holes that tumble across rolling terrain while the back nine has a more traditional design with tighter fairways that require greater accuracy and strong iron play. The signature hole is the par-3 sixth, a hole generously framed with trees that crosses a large water hazards. It is a fair test for players of all skill levels but it was also designed with playability in mind. More seasoned golfers will find many risk-reward opportunities but beginners the forced carries won't punish beginners.

Worst course I’ve played in Nashville
I’m new to Nashville been here a month. I’ve played oak hills, Nashboro, greystone , legacy, Nashville National , and Pine Creek. All are similarly priced between $39-$52, great prices and all were very enjoyable well designed and maintained courses except Pine Creek . Fairways were spotty hard and dry that may be a weather result but these will not improve. Tee boxes are embarrassing . The Bermuda rough is too high the ball settles under 3 inches of thatch on most holes . The greens were soooo slow and seemed uncut for days . It hasn’t been that rainy how the greens were so poorly manicured surprised me. The layout was dull compared to all
the other courses. With so many options within 30 minutes drive I would Never play here ! On top the pace was the worst! There was at least one group waiting on every tee when we drove up .(3 holes had two foursomes waiting on the back nine). Marshalls driving by waving did nothing. On 14 ,5 carts full of players zoomed by trying to avoid the wait but they were going nowhere just headed in to the clubhouse!who quits playing on a sunny day at 3 pm , only frustrated golfers who were sick of waiting on every shot for 4 hours straight. I could live with some of these issues but all of them leads me to
post this review . Go anywhere else . This place is for local hackers who don’t know any better . I payed the same price to play Greystone and the Legacy two gems like comparing a country club to the worst muni you can imagine and spending the same $$. I would not play here even if it was a hot deal and every other course was booked up . Stay home with your wife and kids and do yard work or do your taxes or go to the dentist . It will be a better way to spen your day !!!
Good time in Tenn
Came down from St. Louis booked on Golf Now awesome.
Great course but over priced for area
Great staff, good condition and clubhouse has some of the best food options. Simply not worth $63 when compared to other local options.
Great course and prime conditions
Pine Creek is always in good shape. Greens were pristine, fairways were nice and low, and the grass is grown in everywhere. They have a good range and putting area, good facility all around.
Good experience
Only issue was there were some fairways and green side areas that were dead, bare or heavily under repair
Too expensive - NOT bang for buck
Premium cost for a backyard course. Can play Gaylord Springs, Hermitage Presidents or Greystone for the same or just a few bucks more.
I will give them credit for spending money on new carts. Saw some sod on tee boxes but still too much for what it is…
11 handicap. Play one or two times a week regularly.
Conditions are much better
The fairways are much better than two weeks ago. Greens are in great shape.
Layout good, greens good, fairways bad
Mostly an open layout with a few opportunities to lose your ball. Most of the fairways are in very bad shape, and a few are so bad that I’m not sure if the grass will come back. The greens were surprisingly very nice. I probably won’t go back unless I hear that they’ve improved conditions.
What poor course conditions!
Played this course multiple times over the years and I have never seen it in such poor shape. Fairways were barren in some places and then full of water and mud ruts in other places. Looks like they just don't care anymore. I will say the greens were in very good shape. However, I will not play this course again until they start taking care of it again!
In such poor shape!!!!
Wow, I’ve played this course multiple times over the last several years. However, I have never seen it in such poor shape. Fairways were bare in multiple spots, other fairways had standing water and mud ruts. I don’t know how they can justify asking for $55 with the course in this bad of shape. I will say the greens were overall very good. I will not be playing here again u til the quality improves or the price comes WAY down. Sorry I didn’t take more photos.
Decent Course, Friendly Staff
The course was very average. Needed some TLC (i.e. grass) on the tee boxes. Greens had been punched recently and were also hairy. Overall, it was great weather and a day on the golf course, so enjoyable.
Greens and tee boxes
It was horrible I understand it’s early in the season but the tee boxes and not only bare but very uneven. The greens were punched which they didn’t mention or give a discount for and they had more sand on them then the traps did.
