Great course in great shape
Indian Hills is always fun to play! The course and greens are in great shape!
Good golf at Indian Hills
We played as a foursome this past Thursday. We went off on time and went behind at all. Finished all 18 in four & half hours (stopped at turn for drinks).
The course design is fun and there are several really pretty holes. My favorite hole, #7 is a sweet par 3 over water with a green side bunker that plays about 150 from the white tees.
The fairways are in great shape and they’re currently over seeding the tee boxes. Greens were in pretty good shape for this time of year.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice course in Murfreesboro
Fun Course
Indian Hills Golf Course is fun and challenging. Conditions are much improved compared to back in April. Everyone was struggling back then to be fair. A staff member walked me back and showed me their new sim room and gave me a coupon for my next visit. The simulator looks like a lot of fun. The greens on the course we great. Be back soon.
Customer Service
Minimum customer service is expected from a course of this caliber none received. Recommend certain personnel behind the register display a welcoming attitude and stop the negativity when simple requests are communicated.
With the exception of two individuals the rest of the staff is outstanding. It is regrettable that I rather play at other golf courses if only to prevent dealing with silliness.
winter conditions
The grass was dormant due to the time of year, greens rolled really well. This would be a course I would like to revisit during the normal playing season.
Headed in the right direction.
I am a long time and loyal player at this course. When it’s bad, I’m the first to speak.
With that being said, the recent changes in staffing has shown major improvements in course conditions. The gear in the clubhouse is slowly being upgraded as well!!!! My group made several purchases this weekend. Staff is amazing. Great people!
Golf on the way to class reunion.
Played on a sunny 80 degrees Saturday in October. So the course was full. Checked in as a single, expecting to play with 3 strangers, but the other 3 did not show. Allowed me to tee off as a single with foursomes ahead and foursomes behind. Pace of play was very good for a busy Saturday. Course starter and marshal did an excellent job with course information and letting me know how groups were moving. I can normally play 18 holes as a single in 2 1/2 hours. This round took 4 hours as it should on a busy Saturday. Course was very dry, but in very good shape. Greens are firm and fast and challenging.
Day off
Tough course. Unique layout. Lots of trouble to be found. Was in good shape. Driving range mats only. No good. Will definitely play again.
Great time
Hit the range right before teeing off. Great time. Will be back next week.
