Eagle Harbor Golf Club
About
Carved from a thick forest of 60-foot pines, Eagle Harbor Golf Club was perfectly manicured to blend in seamlessly with the natural landscape while providing a formidable test for the low handicapper. The challenging layout features tight, rolling fairways lined with trees and multi-tiered greens. In addition to numerous lakes that come into play, there are also a variety of sand and grass bunkers strategically placed throughout the golf course. The club also offers a unique practice facility that features an island putting green. For the immaculate conditions and challenging round, Eagle Harbor Golf Club has quickly become a favorite among tourists and locals since opening in 1993.

Good quality/value course
Playing Eagle Harbor several times over the past 15 years, I was never sure what kind of quality the course would be in when I arrived. This most recent visit I was very happy to see a course in excellent condition, particularly the fairways and tee boxes.Greens at Eagle Harbor have never been sub-par but I haven't seen them this GOOD in quite some time. They're not high on the Stimphmeter, yet they give a consistent roll on each that is fair to players. The fairways are particularly nice right now. The GPS system in the carts is a nice touch, too, although it takes some getting used to when the cart "dings" and then stops rolling if you nudge a bit too close to the green. One time and you don't do that again! Check out Eagle Harbor, it may be a few bucks more than other nearby courses but you'll forget that when you walk on the course.
Nice if you like putting on hardwood floors
I been playing on and off here for years. I used to love this course but I feel like the grounds crew don’t know what water or fertilizer is. The greens were completely brown and dead and no way to judge speed. Way, way too fast unless you’re a professional golfer and even they would have complained. How can the grass around the greens be ok and the greens be so dead and hard. Maybe don’t mow them with a straight razor? It’s not like we’re in a drought right now.
Least they could’ve done was lower the price. Definitely not worth the money at this point and this used to be one of my favorite courses. I won’t play here again until it changes.
Good, but needs work.
Was fun for an afternoon spin. Pace of play was a bit slow and boy could the greens use a little water. All in all a good time for the price
Fast greens
The greens were extremely too fast when a lip out goes 10 feet by you know somethings not right All four of us players all agreed on this
Course was in great condition and greens were the same for all 18 holes, fast. Played here a few times and look forward to playing again. Staff was friendly and even had us tee off thirty minutes before our tee time which they could have easily said no.
Angry greenskeeper
Cousre in mostly good shape. Par 3 boxes mostly sand/dirt with little grass where the tees were set the day I played. Greens were very fast, but also a little bumpy, and many pins had crowned cups and most holes were cut on the side of slopes or mounds. We made very few putts outside of tap in range, and had more than a few that were dead on line that wobbled due to the crowned cups and missed because of them. Not great. Otherwise, zero complaints. It's a great track.
Review
If you use golf now to book tee time, you have a price range, and the golf now price is always almost double what the course cost generally runs, if you call and book direct, why have golf now.
Great tough course
Had a terrible good day golfing and was impressed of the course following the heavy rain north Florida received the night before.
Fast greens but friendly course
We enjoyed our round enough space to play relaxed but some water and a few yards can come into play .we will go back.
Nice course
Nice course. Good layout. Challenging but still open enough despite a lot of water. Greens are fast. A little thin in some spots but still good. Great pace of play.
Only complaint is range. Mats and really dead balls.
Will be back for sure.
Very Nice course, would like to play it when it's green
I really liked the course but I wished I played it in the spring or summer. This course is Bermuda so it is dormant and yellow right now, Greens are super fast but it's like putting on packed dirt.
