About
Both the East Course and the West Course at Jacaranda Golf Club are four-star rated by Golf Digest. These challenging golf courses weave across a tropical landscape covered with blue lagoons, tranquil ponds, and swaying palm trees. The West Course is the shorter of the two courses but it is no less challenging. Strategy and skill, rather than length, are the determining factors on this layout. With water hazards to avoid, numerous tricky doglegs, and tight bunkering along the greensides and landing areas, this course is definitely a shot-maker's layout. The raised, sloped greens and undulating, tree-lined fairways will require some careful maneuvering. The outward nine is slightly more forgiving than the demanding inward nine, which features more boldly contoured green complexes. The challenging, yet versatile design of both golf courses has made Jacaranda one of southeast Florida's most popular golfing destinations.

Doglegs
I played de West Course, and the starter put me with 2 italian seniors golfers very friendly and a hcp 5 from New York, great 4some¡¡
Because an unusual windy and low temperture day, the course play different, but we started playing from the gold, from where its better no use the driver because of the doglegs with water, in some holes you will find problems, so in the back nine we changed to the tips, where you need a good driver against wind to let u a distance with irons...
The bunkers need some maintenance and the greens speed were at 10 aprox with different cuts..
I liked the ondulations on some greens and the protections around

Worst pace of play I have ever experienced.
Starter has to deal with too much. Line up bottleneck just to get balls from him to take to range. Have to come back to starter after. One starter for two courses. Sent us out right behind group in front. Should have 10 minute times. No Marshall’s to help with pace of play. After nine as we were about to go to 10 we saw a new group had been inserted after the group we were following and before us. Waited 20 minutes on tenth tee. Most holes had three groups on them. Par 3’s had four groups on them. Quit after 11. Explained situation to pro shop. Ears were closed to the concerns expresed. Pro started his response: “Unfortunately...”. That was the last word I needed to hear. We left. Never to return. The group behind us also quit and followed us into the proshop expecting fair treatment. They expressed their disappointment again without any redress or apology. They also said they would never play it again. They were from Michigan. We are from Ontario.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience at Jacaranda. Our Pro Shop staff did bring this situation to our attention prior to your review. It is never our intention to have a poor pace of play and we do understand how that can negatively impact your round. This is an unfortunate and rare occurrence as our state-of-the-art GPS system and rangers usually keep the pace to just over 4 hours during our busiest days. In speaking with our Pro he did intend to offer to find a spot for you to play on the other golf course but he did not get the chance. We sincerely hope you will give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future.
Another great day
Another fun day of golf. Staff and course excellent as always. Only negative was the foursome in front of us who apparently were only occasional golfers playing from back tees. Good grief. Took forever to pla:y. Need a course marshal.

Total Waste of Money!!!! Do not play!
Just walked off after 9 holes. It took just under 3 hours and there were 3 groups on the 10th tee box and I decided it just wasn’t worth it anymore. They had a tournament today and I asked the guy in the pro shop if I could play the east course instead and he assured me pace of play would be fine and that the tournament was going off 30 min before me. Well we got backed up after 3 holes. Tried to get some sort of refund or rangeballs but they told me there was nothing they could do. Never once did I see a ranger or Marshall to help with pace of play. Also the group behind us hit into us multiple times as we were in the fairway. Not the way I was trying to spend an afternoon of my vacation. Course conditions weren’t even worth 100 bucks if the pace of play was good. Greens were in terrible shape and did not roll true at all. Only good thing about the course was the fairways. Never coming back and I would strongly recommend driving up to Palm Beach County for much better courses.

Fairways... super grass...the best in the region!
Greens need more love! ...not the best lot of sand...(illness...) but good rolling true.

Great day of golf
Played as threesome in under 4 hours. The only reason not a 5 is greens need a little work. Little slow and inconsistent. Otherwise excellent!

It’s a fun course. Greens are a little rough but everything else is great. Played a 3 hr. 15 min round which is unheard of in season

Beautiful course. A bit over priced
I have played this course several times over the past few years. Fairways Tee boxes are always in perfect shape. Greens role ok but are sparsely grassed with fungus eaten areas that are hard to judge. Greens are always sparse. Never understood that. But today I was in a few bunkers. Horrible. More rocks and coral chunks than sand. Awful for $150.00. Beautiful though

Nice Layout
I love the layout of the course. The pace of play was pretty fast considering the amount of people playing. Nice fairways, the condition of some of the greens was suspect although they rolled fast and true for the most part. For the cost of the round I was disappointed I expected range balls to be included. Extra $10 for a small bucket. In spite of that it’s a nice course and is definitely worth playing once.

beautiful course
love playing here, the course is well maintained and in great condition. unfortunately, it rained in the morning so it was cart path only. Pace of play was very slow, probably because of cart path only.

Pricey course. Nice layout. Most greens rolled with not much grass. Tee boxes need help. Staff very friendly. Can play better for less money.
