About
Designed by Arthur Hills to take advantage of the natural layout, this course is situated in beautiful wetlands offering dramatic scenery and lush greenery. The course offers large teeing areas, fairways flowing in all four directions of the compass and 18 greens that have gradual elevations and challenging putting surfaces. One of the course lakes has more than one mile of continuous shoreline and borders the 12th, 13th and 14th holes. The clubhouse houses a pro shop, casual dinners as well as gourmet dining and a cocktail lounge. The greens and fairways are very well maintained and manicured. The course will give you a great golfing experience.

Please fix the greens
I love Ironhorse , third visit back . I love this course and was a little disappointed in the greens and the shape they were in. Most if not all had patches of dirt and it seemed like they died or there was some major vandilism ... Every other part of the course is amazing, just fix the greens
Member for a day
Get there early and enjoy free range balls, accessible chipping area and putting green. Easy layout. Water comes in play, not a lot of sand. Fairly easy approaches if your straight off the tee. The greens require attention. Watch out for the gators!
Great layout; friendly staff
Thoroughly enjoyed this challenging course. Many thoughtfully laid out holes, liked the variety. Will definitely come back sometime.

Practice facility was adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The one disconcerting feature was the stench that permeated the area making us wonder if the course had been built over a landfill.
The wildlife and alligators were an interesting feature but we decided to leave the ball retrievers in our bags.
CHALLENGING LAYOUT
One of the better courses golf now has to offer. If you get a chance to play it, you better play it.

This a very enjoyable course
My golfing buddy and I got rained out after nine holes on our first attempt to play the course, but from what we saw we wanted to go back. We did and played eighteen holes in four hours.We enjoyed it immensely and would play there again at the drop of a hat.
It is challenging but fair and he course is in great condition.

Not my first game at this course. Since lack of supervision on course, it may take more than 5 hrs to play. layout is good, greens in great shape.

Excellent course open to the public after 1:00. Beautiful and challenging par three's. very scenic. Except for a few greens,greens were in good shape. Finished round in about 3:45. Will definitely be going back. Along with North Palm Beach Country Club and Presidents Club, best course in West Palm Beach open to the public.
Good value for the money...
Played this course on our travel day soon after arriving at PBI. The staff was accommodating, the course was in good condition, and we enjoyed our round.

The course was well maintained and the greens were slightly fast but still a challenge depending on your location on the greens.
A very nice course- the only drawback is that you can not get a better tee time. Afternoons are available to golf now members- no earlier. Try it - you'll like it!

Good golf course, forgiving off the tee and fun to play. Green speeds were very good too.

This is a good golf course that has been well maintained. The practice facility is great and offers free range balls. The course offers a lot of variety with a good mix of water hazards. The fairways, bunkers and greens are all in very good repair. Our group included golfers with handicaps from 15 to 25 but we were able to get around in good time. We did experience some difficulty at the entrance gatehouse to the development as the attendant went missing for 10 minutes. I don't believe this is the fault of the golf course but some pressure should be put on those responsible to fix the problem. Overall we had a wonderful day!

Very challenging course. Good condition. I played my worse score since many years. Easy to be in problem !!!
