Bring a hammer
It’s practically impossible to get your tee into the ground of the tee boxes. They are practically like concrete. Other then that it seemed like a pretty good course.
Course in great shape
Greens and fairways in great shape. Only gripes were the sand bottles were empty and I didn’t see any refills at the turn. Also wish there was a marshal on the course to get the slower groups to play faster.
Great course - Marshall Rude towards me
Course was in excellent condition all around - fairways great, rough only 1in high so not a terrible penalty - you could still find ball but hit or miss on flyer so made being in fairway advantageous…
Had to pair myself up with two gentleman who had same GN tee time as me… (bc Marshall tried to make me play alone)
Marshall told me to play alone but clubhouse had already informed me there were others with my tee time from GN app.. They had already checked in with Marshall and was waiting a few more mins until tee time… I was approximately 10 ft away putting when last guy checked in on our tee time and Marshall told him he was paired with - and he pointed to person - they were same race… I putted 2 more balls then walked over to check in - I told him my tee time - he immediately said - it’s wide open you can go ahead and start nobody in front of you -
I then told him I have same tee time as those guys and you told them they can play together -
He then frowned face and drove off with no response..
He drove over near 1st tee box waiting and as the two gentleman passed him in their cart he waved at each and said have a good round - he then looked at me and put his head down - no acknowledgment
The two guys I played with were great…I shot 78 from blue tees - great round - only issue was the Marshall on this beautiful day on beautiful course
Thank the Lord I don’t let things like this ruin my golf round - still happens more than you think
Beautiful Course!
Glad I made the trip to play here. The reviews of this course were some of the best, so I had to check it out for myself. The upkeep and the layout were the best I’ve played. The condition of the course was remarkable. Can’t wait to come back out again.
Would play again if I was local
This is a good course to play more than once a month.
Course in great shape
Course in great shape. Greens rolling real good. Would have been nice to have a Marshall get the fivesome to play quicker or let other groups through. It’s pretty tacky to also charge for a cup of ice.
