Course is in great shape except for the greens that were recently punched.
Punched greens
Would have been nice to know before booking that the greens were recently punched. Wouldn’t have played there if I knew beforehand.
I also thought it was pretty chicken you know what to charge $1 for ice to go with a Powerade.
I’ll be back out there in the future because it is a well maintained course, but only after greens are back to normal. Fairways were in great shape.
Good BREC Course
Beaver Creek is well kept and always fun to play. They had punched and sanded the greens so that was the only downside. They were soft but real bumpy.
Wait 2 weeks
Everything was great except they just punched and sanded the greens, They’re basically unputtable at the moment. I’m sure they’ll be back to fabulous in 2-3 weeks.
Great course horrible front desk lady
So the course was beautiful, and the greens were great! The front desk lady was a complete and total female dog!. Very rude. Very mean. The Marshall on the course was very nice guy helping us understand the rules to the course. Very great guy.
Beaver Creek on a Sunday evening
Last tee time of the day (4:42pm) and was able to just barely play 18 - was paired up with 2 other golfers. Overall the course fairways were in good shape. The tee boxes were hard and I think if play is slowed down, it's due to trying to get a tee in the ground. The greens are also not in the best shape, but I'm sure they are working on them. The bunkers are in really good shape. Busy course all year round.
Greens being worked
Played 2 weeks ago and there were a good bit of weeds sprouting up. Didn’t see a single weed yesterday but greens were pretty grainy. Id expect the greens to be really good in a few weeks.
Fairways beautiful as always. Love this course!
Holds up well to weather
Other than a few spots where there is cart path construction and jerks leaving ruts, the course holds up really well considering the amount of rain we’ve had the last week. I’ve always loved the layout at Beaver
