Challenging and exciting
Love this course. First it's the most scenic in the area, not surrounded with community developments.The course itself has undulating wide greens with short second cut making a good short game absolutely necessary for low scores. Putting is the deal at this course.

Beautiful
Just a beautiful day all the way around. Ryan started the day with excellent customer service. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were freshly mowed. Green side aprons were punched but playable. Only one 3-putt the whole game. Pace of play was 3 hours-15 minutes. Can’t beat that. Shot my best score so ZERO complaints! Lol. Afterwards, ate lunch at the grill and again received excellent customer service and food was excellent. If you haven’t tried the cheesesteak, you’re in for a treat.

Great track in good shape.
Def one of the best public tracks in the area, fun and challenging. Complaints - poorly marked tee locations, no place to change or locker room amenities, just an awfully maintained bathroom, no Marshall managing pace of play or helping people along, if you’ve never played it, impossible to find anything or know where to hit it. We mercifully played w locals or we would have been lost out there like the group in front of us was. Could have finished in 4 hrs but 4.5 on a Tuesday.

Looks flat but plays with lots of undulation
Course has lot of subtle terrain, especially around green and green contour. Plays like a links course with good green reading and lines required to lag your putts.
Chip and run or hit it high but ball usually does not spin to stop around the green. Ball rolls lot more on contour than other local course.
Lot of fun and challenging. Short holes cannot be taken for granted because fairways are wide and flat.
More you play this course, more you appreciate and enjoy the subtleties of course.

Great course one drawback that day
Always a great value that tests your short game and putting skills. Love the setting. Most days pace of play not a problem but on this Tuesday it was very slow, and I hate slow play.

Nice course
Beautiful I chose to play this course. Went solo and ended up playing with a guy who plays there all the time “mark” needless to say he kicked my butt. Great course layout and tricky greens. Fairways need some work but not as bad as some other courses. Worth the drive coming from Pasadena area. Btw tee boxes were great
