West at Inverrary Country Club
Walk in the footsteps of pros at the Inverrary Country Club, which has Robert Trent Jones Sr., designed golf courses. Inverrary's West Course, though slightly shorter, is a player's course requiring a high degree of accuracy with its tree-lined fairways and smaller, well-bunkered greens. The courses offer the lower handicapper challenge and the higher handicapper forgiveness.
It also features ParView's GPS System. ParView will definitely be your best friend when taking on the sporty West Course.

Starting to look better.
Anyone who plays the east course often like I do, plays for the consistent greens. The greens are always in great condition and remained so today. They are running a little slow for Inverrary standards, but that could’ve been the week of straight rain. The big news here, is that they “Finally” have some grass on the tee boxes. Fairways and traps were soaked, again, lots of rain lately. For the price, it’s the best full length public course in the area.
Layout was good
Pace of play was poor primarily due to one group. Ranger would do nothing to improve situation.
Good day at Inverary !
Everyone at Inverary is is always helpful and acomadating.
Lovely course, felt great to play a course where the greats played once. Greens were not in the best shape on some of the back nine holes. Greens were definitely created for challenging putting. It helps to know the position of the flag on your approach to avoid 3 putts. Will definitely be back.
You can tell the course was home to a championship. VERY NICE LAYOUT!!!
The fairways and greens were in great shape.
Rough was a little high and places under the trees were basically dirt & roots.....they could use some TLC.
For under $20 its a good deal......anything above $30 would have me look elsewhere.
Nice layout, poor conditions!
The course is well laid out and somewhat challenging. Virtually all tee boxes were beat up. Sometimes they just laid down sod, on the tee boxes which was lumpy. Other times it was dirt and sand. Rough was not at all maintained. Some greens were bad, but just in spots. Unfortunately, pin positions were at the poor spots on the green. Would be a very nice course, if better maintained.
The tee boxes were a little chewed up, otherwise, the course was in good shape and it was a good round of golf.
Fairways and greens are fantastic
Played the West course today. The fairways and greens were in excellent shape. The only work thang needs to be done is on a few of the tee boxes. No big deal but #7 tee no no needs some work. Great value for a great course and he people are always nice!!
Course in good condition. Enjoyed the round with very good pace of play
They airified (punched the greens) the greens yesterday - but don’t tell you when you book - big holes in the greens - putting was difficult
I haven't played this course all winter and my first time back I was shocked at how poorly the course has been kept up. Tee boxes are sandy and have very little to no grass. Fairway's need serious TLC; patchy and beat up. Greens were decent. Not sure if $35 is a fair price for this course for locals to come back to. It will take all summer to get it back into decent shape and by then prices will go back up for the snowbirds to come back and trash the course again.
shameless promoting of this course
The owners of this course should be ashamed of themselves for promoting itself through the use of names of legends of golf.
The course is in very poor condition from tees to greens. They rope areas of most holes off so you cannot drive a power cart across the dirt that has no grass on it. The tees are scruffy and half and half of sand and grass.
The guy that checked us in at the pro shop had an attitude that suggested that he had better things to do then to look after us. The rest of the staff were generally nice. Until we decided to have a bite to eat the champions grill at 4 pm and were told, " the cook has gone home" by the bartender and then turned his back on us.
We would rate this course about a 2 out of 10 on course condition and friendliness of staff
This course has greens that are difficult to hit. Verticals for most part.
Greens were ok but recently punched. Lots of weeds off of fairways and around greens. Terrible cart paths with ruts and roots etc. make it a rough ride.
