Countryway Golf Club
Countryway Golf Club is an executive golf course that is known for its extremely affordable rates. Situated in the heart of Westchase, it is considered one of the best values in Tampa Bay. The layout consists of eleven par-3 holes and seven par 4s. The golf course is challenging enough for more advanced golfers but it is still player-friendly enough for beginners to enjoy. The rolling terrain provides undulations in both the greens and fairways. The hills also make for some challenging putts. There is no shortage of water at Countryway Golf Club with hazards coming into play on 14 holes. There are also bunkers strategically placed throughout.

Challenging for a par 3 golf course
Great course for the money. wanted a short course and got it. several holes actually pretty good distance (300+)
Nice mature trees gave lots of shade. we had a great time.
Great day of golf
Played nine holes with family including beginners who have taken a liking to the game. This was a great experience for all and the course was perfect for those looking to learn as well as hone their skills. Would highly recommend!
Great course to sharpen up your game
I love this course. I’ve been playing it since July 2020 and I’ve definitely seen good maintenance and improvement since then. The staff is cool and accommodating. The course will help you improve your irons game for sure and you can get through 18 fairly quickly.
I'm a beginner player and I enjoy playing on this course .. first time I had a player play the same hole before I was done. Scary.. otherwise great
Worth it most the time
The worst thing was pace of play was lacking i caught up to multiple groups of foursome who were elderly than and individual who would think he was pro waiting people to move from the fairway and shnak the shot into woods he'd also play multiple balls making a single player into a 2some but the course besides that was great great (for price paid) green better than I've seen In awhile fairways look good on most holes Definitely will recommend going on weekdays either early afternoon to late afternoon
course needs lots of T L C
GGreens unmowed, unmoved, fairways always have been in tough shape, ponds need help to get backto what had fish nes
Slow Play, slow greens. Basically don’t come
Terrible conditions. Terrible pace of play. Starter is a complete knuckle head. Asked to start on 10 instead of 1 since there was FOUR foursomes ahead of me all whom were older ladies hitting a driver off the tee on a 100 yard par 3. It took me 4 hours to play a course that only should take an hour and a half. Ridiculous. Biggest waste of time. Also once you finally get to play the hole you’ve been waiting to play for 30 minutes, you will get to the green to only have divots, sand and water covering their greens. Worst conditions and pace of play I’ve ever seen.
The greens had just been seeded with rye for the winter. Putting was very rough. Extreme amount of water hazards. Very narrow short water covered course!
