Kiskiack Golf Club

I can’t say enough about how much I loved this course, especially when I played Kingsmill River the day before for 4x the price!! I thought this course was more interesting, and in as good of shape as its expensive neighbor.
Go play there!

This layout is super friendly and the golf is challenging. I always play well on this course because of generous landing areas and smooth greens. Love this course!

This course was great! Located just outside Williamsburg VA, and easy to find off 64. Well stocked pro shop with friendly and helpful staff. The course was in excellent condition, and was very playable for golfers of all levels. It was hillier than I expected, with many undulating fairways and greens.

Enjoyed the course. There was a tournament earlier in the day and some of the greens were riddle with divots where players were not taking the time to fix them.

Course was in goid shape, greens a little challenging, price on club rental was excellent!

I always enjoy Kiskiack when I visit Williamsburg. Loved the greens.

Absolutely beautiful. The fairways and greens are immaculate. The hazards/bunkers made the course both fun and challenging. Overall great experience and the staff were super friendly. Definitely will play again in the fall.

Arrived early for tee time and the course had been closed for course maintenance. The starter explained that the members who had tee times ahead of us would be teeing off first and was very friendly. He managed to get us off early. We were a twosome and although we could see the golfers ahead of us, we never waited at any tee nor were we pressed from behind. The course was undulating and the greens were the same, making it difficult for first time players. The course had seen some major rain storms just lately as could be witnessed by some wet spots in the sand traps and some erosion. However, the course was in excellent shape making for a very enjoyable round. Unfortunately, we only played 15 holes as the weather closed in and provided torrential rain. Any thought of finishing our game was squashed by the golf course closing as many fairways and low spots were flooded. I will certainly golf at this course again when I am in this area and I highly recommend this to every golfer.

What I pleasant surprise to play here as the course is in the best shape it has been this year. Last time I played was at the end of May and the course had been aerated and it was in rough conditions. Looking forward to returning and playing there again in the near future.

Pleasantly surprised by the country club conditions. Greens are very fast.
There is a fair amount of water but not enough to kill the enjoyment for the average golfer.
Course knowledge does come into play especially off the 11th tee.

Having never played here before, wasn't sure what to expect, except reading the reviews online. Definitely a place you'd have to play a few times before knowing where to hit the ball, but overall not too bad. I'd play here again and probably will. Would've been nice to speed up the round, just over 2.5 hours to play the front 9, even though the pace is set at 4:35

If you're in Williamsburg and can't get onto Kingsmill or National, this is a good alternate.

Great layout and design. Challenging, but fair. Good shots are rewarded and bad ones are punished.
