Legend at Arrowhead, The
About
Located in the west valley, the Legend at Arrowhead Golf Club is an Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay-designed golf course with a traditional layout. The challenging course has six lakes creating water hazards on many of the holes and several doglegs. The difficult to read greens are undulating and in excellent condition. Each hole, except for one, has bunkering on the fairways or protecting the greens. Legend at Arrowhead Golf Club's signature hole is the par-4, 426-yard fifth hole. It calls for a shot off an elevated tee with water running along the right side of the fairway as well as next to the green.

Good as Ever!
Played Arrowhead before and really enjoyed it as usual.
Nice Course
Overall my wife and I really enjoyed our time at this course. The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The course was a little beat up but overall in good condition. I was probably most happy with the pace of play. We completed all 18 holes in just over four hours.
The patios gathering space was fantastic.
I will absolutely go back!!
Legend review
My wife and I were paired with two men from Edmonton Alberta. My wife very nervous but was soon put at ease. Pace of play was good course in good condition greens a little slower than what I’m used to. We live one mile from the course very convenient for us. Only complaint is the range control a little rough. Tee area needs to be changed more frequently and needs water
Unfriendly Course
I played the course as a single so expected to be teeing off with another 2some or 3some and that by itself is not an issue. However the starter made me leave my golf cart and ride in a golf cart with a single in the 3some I was joining. This is totally unacceptable for health reasons. Further, the person who I was forced to share a cart with chain smoked cigarettes the entire time. If I was in my own cart, I could have avoided that, because I was forced to share a cart, I was stuck having to breathe that the entire round. I will never play here again and am considering taking legal action.
I would highly recommend not playing at this course.
Improved Conditions Since Last Played
It has been maybe 4 years since I have played here. I kind of gave up on the place as the conditions were below average. Today, conditions were much improved and the operations running more as they should. It’s not a bucket list destination, but a real golfer is going to find a decent round of golf here. The fairways were not of the grass I like to play, but they were grown out and not suffering any bare spots. The greens were in very good shape and rolling fast. Most pins were also in tricky positions on slopes or ridge tops making it difficult to get the ball to drop. With lots of options in the Valley, I am not sure when I will return, but it is in much better shape now.
Legends at Arrowhead
The Course was in decent shape, the tee boxes and fairways could use some attention, but the Greens were in good shape. I just wish people took pride in fixing divots on the Greens.
