The fairways, rough, and greens were in extremely good condition. Bunkers had nice sand and in good shape. I loved the course. It is a fairly easy set up with wide fairways and very little trouble areas.
The course was in great shape. Pace of play was outstanding and all staff were friendly and approachable
Course no special layout. Good condition. Friendly enough staff. Played in under 4 hrs
Great resort course
We played in four hours which was awesome. The greens were amazing and very true. I feel that this course is a great value for a resort course.
Course is challenging, fair and fun for average golfer
Very well maintained with very good greens. Older style fairways allow playing from the rough compared to more “desert” style courses. Parking at the facility was difficult with weekend late morning tee time.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable round. Pace was under 4 hrs., set up wasn’t very challenging but we expected that. The course was in good shape even with all the rain the previous day. The views and the homes surrounding are impressive. Finished it off with a great sandwich at the Adobe Grill.
Beautiful course and in superb condition
Fast greens with subtle breaks and slopes, well manicured fairways and bunkers. The pace was relaxed, and although we waited on the foursome ahead, it gave us more time to appreciate the surrounding landscape and homes. We finished in under 4 hours. The rough was forgiving green grass with some trees. Some water hazards, but rarely crossing fairways.
We will play this one again!
First time playing there. Glad that I played. Course was in good shape, with quick, tough greens. Plenty of sand in bunkers. Need more rakes!!
The views of the surrounding homes and back yards added to my enjoyment.
Winter in PHX
Course was in good condition. Nice layout. Pace of play was a little slow. 4.40 hrs for a round.
Don’t play here
This was the worst course we have played in Scottsdale ! Boring, no windshields on the carts and it was very windy and cold, young guy at the front desk was snotty and told us they didn’t like golfnow, and way overpriced compared to many great courses we have played in Scottsdale.. also very annoyed that golfnow won’t let you cancel.. don’t think I’ll be using them again.. bad experience!!
One of my favorite courses
AZ Biltmore is one of my favorite golf destinations. I always seem to play well here. Course is in great condition. Play was a little slow today, but it is Open week, so I'm giving a pass this time. I like the Links course over Adobe because the fairways, greens, and tee boxes are a little tight on Adobe. Several errant shots came pretty close to my foursome today while standing near tee boxes and even in our own fairway. Don't remember that being the case when I played the Links course. Nonetheless, I still love the Biltmore and can often find great deals on golfnow.
Nice course. Started on schedule at 2;20. A lot of waiting. On the 12th hole we received a message saying all carts to be back in 45 minutes. No notice when booking or paying. Sneaky and bad business, pay for 18 but play 14. Overbook the course for the cash.
Course is well maintained. Greens were very good and fairways/tee boxes in good condition
Course is in terrific condition, but it’s a “boring layout”.... flat and back & forth fairways. The “sister course” (Links) is much more interesting and enjoyable!!!
Fast play and good condition
Played in less than four hours. Greens were in great shape along with the rest of the course. Carts are super fast with good GPS on-board. Course is forgiving with tough greens defending to still make it challenging.
You can tell this is an older course. It is pretty straight forward on rather flat terrain. Some holes the fairways are rather close and opposing. The sand was in very good shape and there is very little water that comes into play. It's not a real long course so should be a good test for older and beginning golfers. The practice green was MUCH faster than the greens on the course so that threw us off for a few holes. Played in just under 4 hours and waited on most of the holes but only briefly.
Nice layout and fun to play no gimmicks but no real challenges either.
