Nice Course Lazy Staff

We had a great time playing such a beautiful course. The staff however could care less that we were there. Checked in and they didn't give us our range balls (which we didn't know we had to get them from pro shop), ZERO direction on where to go, and the worse part is we started our round at 15:18 and the beverage cart supposedly worked until 16:30 but we never saw her... got pretty thirsty out there. I would've brought a cooler if we knew we could.

I'd come back though again...it was a nice course for the money.

Great conditions and great value

This course was a breath of fresh air after playing many dry courses in the area during this time of year. The price was unbeatable for a course of this magnitude. Would play here over and over again.

Great Coastal Florida Course

Great experience for the money. The staff was so nice and attentive. I love that the range balls were included and not extra. The course was in very good condition. I would play here again for sure.

Course in good shape / Pace of play horrible

Played with some friends and the course was in good shape. The pace of play was too slow and no one addressing the issue... 5 1/2 hour round just too long and we seen at least 5 groups complaining about the same thing... to pricey for such slow play.

stopped by the clubhouse and nothing on the grill... not even a hotdog. the course was very busy and at the turn a we stopped to get something to eat and no food.

Come on Queens Harbor I know you can do better...

Certainly a challenger!

So I was visiting Jacksonville and decided to give the course a try. Besides the length of time it took to get to the course upon entering, I was very happy with the course conditions. We had a slow twosome in front of us and a slow foursome in front of them so we just joined up with the twosome. Greens were true, don’t go long, and make sure you grab a map if you play the back 9! Overall, a great time!

Great Value

Greens in the best condition of most courses I’ve played recently. Slow foursome in front of us but otherwise a great Fathers Day. Couldn’t beat the rate on this course.

Classic FL course

This was my first time playing Queen’s Harbor in a couple years and it is in as good of shape as ever. Fairways, bunkers, and greens are excellent. The rough is good, but there’s room for improvement. The greens were consistent and a good scoring speed (maybe rolling about 9.5), but the grain really affected the rolls bc they were a bit long. But that’s Bermuda for you. The course offers great views and challenges your course management. Overall, a good course to play for under $40

Most picturesque course in town

Queens Harbor is as challenging as it is beautiful. Lots of traps, water and the greens were perfect. Bring your A game and your camera. The houses surrounding the course and the Yacht Basin make for great pictures. The golf is superb and the staff very helpful and friendly.

This course is harder than it’s rating.

Played with an older couple at a good pace, less than 4 hours. Overall conditions were good, traps in good shape, greens fairly consistent, tees in good shape and fairways good. Lots of water and marsh carries.

Great day great course

This is a challenging course with a very interesting layout. Every hole is well thought out. A nice combo of long short and medium par threes, fours and fives. Lots of water to avoid but there is plenty of room to hit tee shots. Only a very off line shot is out of play in most cases. the greens are fast true and undulating. The setting is spectacular.

QH

Queens Harbor is a great track. Very interesting layout. Suitable for all ability levels. Very beautiful location. On this day, the fairways were a little dry and a little thin, but still very playable. Greens were cut very short and also might have been a little dry, so they rolled very fast and did not hold any shot that was not well placed.

PLAYING QUEENS

My partner and I ( both in our 70's ) played the senior tees ( 5400 yds. ) and the course was manageable. The greens are undilated and fast, the fairways adequate, and the rough playable. The Hot Deal from Golf Now made the round reasonable ( $33 per player ). Had a great time and they had a cart girl during the week, rare.

Great course

Bring your A game. This course is a tough one. Water everywhere. Lots of sand. Had a great time. Everyone was very friendly. Played on my way to south FL. Glad I made the stop. Easy to get to from I-295 loop.
