The Legacy Golf Club

Made a tee time through Golf now and it was not recognized by the course until I showed them the email confirmation. Was not happy about this and the club said it was because Golf now was trying to keep the money I paid for Golf now. The course did the right thing and worked us in. This Golf now issue apparently happened to several other people today as well. I highly recommend bringing your email confirmation with you to the course anytime you are using Golf now.

Nice layout and challenging for all levels. However the pace of play was a bit slow and course could use some TLC. Greens held shots but on the slow side.

Maybe it was the time of year but the greens were in pretty poor shape. Bald patches in spits and really slow. Could not get a true roll all day. Very inconsistent speeds so it was frustrating when putting.

No ball washers anywhere !! Not enough water coolers on course. Hardly any yardage markers anywhere on course, thank God we had a scope.

Nice course but they really need to upgrade the on course amenities.

Don’t give me wrong I really like this golf course and it has the potential to be wonderful but when you charge $65 in the middle of the day and the greens are half the speed of what they would be AND bumpy because of new grass growing in, it’s really frustrating.

It should be disclosed in any golf now teatime and a much cheaper rate. It is ridiculous to pay full price for this kind of environment . Will not be back.

Pretty much on every hole unless you hit it in the center of the fairway you weren’t finding your ball. The grass in the rough was so tall and thick even 1 foot off of the fairway was difficult to see a ball. For the price of $65 the conditions were very bad and it made for a very unenjoyable round.

It was our last round on our golf trip. Staff was fantastic. Very friendly. Played in exactly 4 hours. Only issue was the rough as very deep. Lost several balls just off the fairway.

Played here Monday and didn’t know I was playing the US open. Rough was thick and if you missed fairway by one foot it took you 5 minutes to find your ball. With 4 guys looking often only found your ball if you stepped on it. They must have gave everyone the day off greens were not mowed or rolled. Impossible to predict speed or roll since ball bounced all over the place. Half the tee boxes were not flat especially where they put the markers for the par 3 10th it was on a mound. Well over 100 degrees that day no beverage service the entire time. Don’t be fooled by the low price for this course. You get what you pay for and this was not an enjoyable experience.

Played 8/27 they need to cut the grass 5 inches out of fairway your ball is lost. The sand traps are like cement no sand at all. The beverage cart needs to make rounds very hot and visits are few and far between.

Fairways had hard rock bare spots.
Roughs were 8 inch tall, lost balls that barely rolled off fairway.
Sand traps were hard as rocks.
102 degree day: saw cart girl 2 times, she didn't have water, the 2 igloos on the course were bone dry.
