I like thise course, it is in good condition, provides adequate challenge for all skill levels, and the homes lining the fairways are beautiful! Staff were friendly and cortial.

Enjoyed this course very much
First time playing this course. Happened to fit the day adn time my partner and I wanted to play. Happened to be a reduced rate due to recent seasonal work on the greens but my putting sucks so it did not bother me. The course layout was enjoyable and had a variety of terrain, features and challenges as well as some sections where you could relax a little. Thoroughly enjoyed the day. Will play here again.

No investment in course maintenance
It appears that the owners of this golf course are not putting enough $$$ to properly maintain the course. It used to be a really nice golf course. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The golf course is in horrible shape. Bunkers have no sand , they are totally not maintained. Weeds growing in many of them. The greens were just aerated but that is not part of this review. That’s expected and I understand it needs to be done. The course has weeds growing everywhere. They are either understaffed or under financed because it’s worse than most muni courses. Don’t waste your money … you’ll be disappointed ! And that’s a shame because it’s a nice layout.

One of my local favorites
Legacy is a well designed and challenging course, which sometimes results in slow pace of play - their own official statement pegs the course at 4:30 so you can imagine how that can easily result in a 5+ hour round. The current GM has been there about a year and overall, the tone and tenor of the course, amenities and staff have remained the same with a couple of notable changes! They don’t allow the use of range balls in the practice chipping and bunker area. I don’t know why and when I’ve asked, the staff doesn’t seem to know either! The course condition has always been of the draws for me but the greens are the worst I have ever seen - patchy, lots of poorly repaired divot marks - making it impossible for the ball to hold its line and the rough (over grown in some places) and bunkers (hardly any sand in most) can use some tender-loving-care too. Nevertheless, I really like the Legacy GC and will continue to play there and recommend it to both locals and visitors.

Course coditions

Dry in the Desert
Course was has potential to be one of the great courses in the vegas Valley. Just needs to have a budget and some help from mother nature to help the dry stressed grass. Bunkers need work as well as sand. Greens need to be brought back to life and the course would be worth playing alot more.

Don’t play
Don’t play this course it’s a train wreck. The tee box have no grass, the fairways are dry in many spots, the spurge weed is everywhere and the bunkers are also overgrown with weeds. Complete mess, don’t waste your money.

Fun Course to Play
This was a great course to play if you are on a short trip in Vegas. The weather was amazing and the staff was friendly. The course was a little dry and is probably will be better after spring maintenance, but it was a forgiving course to play. In addition, it was in a pretty area and nestled among nice homes.

Great day for golf
Beautiful weather,, surprisingly uncrowded. Able to play 18 in less than 4 hours. Tee boxes and fairways were in pretty good shape. Bunkers well groomed. A couple of the greens had dead/burned out areas but most were in good shape. Friendly, helpful staff. We will be back!
