Okay
Took forever to check-in due to computer problems. Long waits on the tees; no starter present.
Played for $10 through Golfnow, probably not worth the regular $25 price for 9. There are too many other inexpensive courses around.
Review from a Newbie to golf
I found the course very hilly. took it all in as a learning experience. The staff were all very friendly the grass was a bit long for my liking.
worth the money at $12.golfer
Got a hot deal on this course for $12. At that price it was worth it, at the $30 price there are many more options.
Great Day at the Par 3
My wife and I had a great day. She is a beginner and I am a seasoned golfer. I played the back tees and she played the forward ones. It worked very well on the greens as she played the "large" holes and I played the regular ones. This is a perfect course for a beginner and one that a seasoned golfer can practice their short irons and short game.
good for short iron practice, little expensive
The greens were the worst that we had played on all week. The practice bunker was great but that first practice green has a very severe slope. Pace of play was slow due to the beginners a head of us.
Rinky dink
Can't understand how TaylorMade allows its name on this course. All but one hole very short. Greens were in bad condition. Ugh!
Great for Beginners
Target golf par 3 for beginners and helps them work on club selection. There is waste area between the tee and the green but we just had the beginner pick up the ball and put back on grass but it becomes an instant sign of a bad shot and tee to grass was a great reward.
Going down hill
My return to the Taylor golf experience was not as enjoyable as the first.
The course conditions were not nearly as nice- the tee boxes were overplayed and did not appear to me that they were putting a lot of effort into keeping them up.
The driving range was fine-
Staff argued with me (when I was making the turn) about scheduling an 18 hole round here on golf now.com citing
"We only have nine holes here".
great for your short game.
Really short 9 hole executive course. I used my wedge, 7 iron and putter for 99% of the course. A couple of longer holes warranted the driver but over a little too short for my liking but it was perfect for my wife just getting into the game. Staff was very friendly and they also have a great happy hour. I would definatly go back since its great to hone you accuracy and short irons.
fun course
this course is a great beginners course or just a fun round for someone who just wants to get out and golf the staff is friendly the prices aren't that bad and I always have a lot of fun.
was a heel-of-lot better when it was Callaway..
The "greens" are cut down fairways..Tee box"s were ...well a sand box...
Awesome Airplanes
Nice greens, t-boxes need some work but very manageable, staff was very nice and the pro shop was awesome. The airport makes it worth the money.
Awesome Facility!
The pro shop was amazing! They had just about everything and it looks really cool inside. The sales staff seemed a bit cold and stand-offish. When we checked in for our round the groupon that we had purchased was not working. The cashier immediately got her manager who fixed the problem right away and he even gave us some tips for the course. I was very impressed with how fast and efficient the whole check in process was. The driving range is very cool. They have multiple targets to hit to, not to mention the size is awesome. The mats we used seemed to be new and worked pretty good. The course was in great shape. I recommend taking pictures of the strip from the tee box of 4! They have two different flags on each green, one regular size and one that is really over-sized. When we finished our round i asked the manager what was the reason and he said that is an initiative to help beginners and the higher handicappers to enjoy the game a little more. His answer was a little bit more detailed then that and you can tell he really knows his stuff. Over all, they have a great staff and an awesome facility!
Great short game workout
The shop, range and 9-hole is a great way to spend 2-3 hours.
125 yards
Simple par-3 course. Greens were slow. Six of the nine were "125" yards. A little boring.
Fun par 3 near the strip
We took a cab to it from our hotel. I had never played a par 3 course, and it was fun. Did not play at night. Great views of the strip in some areas. We never saw anyone in front of us the entire time, and we play really fast. Although we didn't hit to them, the 15" hole was pretty cool. Each green has a regular hole, and then on the other side of the green a 15" hole. I rented golf clubs and it was a great rental set and for only 20 bucks. Went golfing in the middle of the day for 10 bucks.
Putting green's are slow!!!!
the putting greens are very slow would not recomend going there to putt, the are very beaten up( like poor conditions). its not safe to play golf here i almost got hit in the head with a range ball that someone hit when i was trying to swing, overall its a pretty nice course for your short game, oh and also the staff there is excellent i love there staff.
PS; burgers there are good
Super short game course.
Great golf for the value. Best time to play is morning or evening. Pacing was great. The course force you to hit the greens. The greens was in excellent condition. I definite will play that course again. Perfect course to play to sharpen your short game.
Restaurant Staff
The course in very easy to play. It is a great driving range. The burger is one of the best in town. My friend and I went to the restaurant after our round of golf to get something to eat. There was 2 young girls behind the counter and only 4 or 5 customers in the restaurant. After waiting for about 7 or 8 minutes at our table and not getting any service my friend asked if anyone was working today. After 3 or 4 more minutes and still no service we decided to leave. This was the absolute worst restaurant service I had experienced. I will be back cause the burgers are so good but I am very disappointed about the service we didn't receive. There was no telling how much longer we would have sat there. Very unacceptable.
Nice Easy Play
Use the GolfNow app to get the best discount. I paid $19.99 + convenience fees which included the cart.
Very easy course, with 8 and 9 being the longest. Otherwise, I was using my 9 iron and wedges for every hole.
