The long day of uninspiring golf
Lack of amenities. No drink cart available. The course layout followed a wash, which took up major portions of the course the whole 18 hole way. With a couple of errant shots, you’re constantly walking to pick your ball out of a Canyon. Just not a very scenic course especially when you’re traveling from out of town. On a positive note, the greens were very good shape. Won’t play there again, too many other courses in Vegas they give you more bang for the buck and are very scenic. And don’t have stray dogs following you around.
Windy but Fun and Fast
The course is in decent shape, the wind made the round tougher than it should have been. Under 4 hour round and decent putting surface is the reason that I will probably play here again.
Great deal!
Staff was very nice and course was in great shape for the price of the round! Greens are same quality as much more expensive courses. Have to stay left, if you go right it’s a long day.
Out of town
Course as ok however the tee boxes are like playing out of the rough - why are they not cut down?
Usual issue with slow play which is what you get when there is no course marshal - so frustrating when one foursome holds up the entire field behind them (ah well)
Don't adhere to cry baby complaints.
Too many cry babies in the world. This course was great. I had 0 complaints. This is the best course I've ever played on dollar for dollar. I'm out of state and my home courses that cost $60 for 18 and a cart don't even come close to this course. All of the cry babies who want perfection need to either #1 go spend 200 bucks for an 18 hole round at a top notch course or #2 man up and shut up. For the price this is and was a great experience. Sorry 1 complaint....... the sprinklers came on at around 2pm on the 9th hole and sprayed my cart and clubs. Other than that this was a top notch dollar for dollar course. This will be my go to course when I come to Vegas from now on. Great work.
Great Track
Not sure what all these bad reviews are about, from tee to green it is a fantastic course for the price. Would recommend to anybody.
Not worth the money
Start with the positives; the greens were in excellent shape. Clubhouse was nice. The carts were in good shape with excellent GPS. But…
The Negatives; the fairways weren’t ideal and had some patchy places. But worst of all, and why I would back is it’s not a golf course. It’s just golf holes built into flood plane land around a canal system. It feels like the same hole over and over again (with a few exceptions). And if you slice your drives, you’d probably need a whole box of balls here. Lastly, some areas of the course smelled like a waste treatment facility.
Bottom line, the amenities are good, as are the greens. But it’s one of the worst layouts I’ve ever played and an $80 hot deal is WAY overpriced. This is a $40 course at its very best.
Saturday tee time
Friendly staff from clubhouse to the Marshall to the cart person.
Course rough difficult
The course was okay not in the best of shape. The driving range was closed which was disappointing. The fairways all feed down a slope to right onto bermuda grass which makes it difficult to hit out of the rough.
Just ok
Because their is a wash that runs through the course you had to always place your shots. Not easy for a novice. There was no water on the course. Also signage could have been better. First time on course we could not easily find the 9th green.
