Sumerlin Treat
This is the second time I’ve played this course. The 1st was several years ago, and the course was in pristine condition. Yesterday, the greens were fast but quite bumpy. Lots of bare spots on fairways and transition areas. Not sure weather conditions in the past was an issue. Pro was great and thd staff in the restaurant/bar were exceptional.

Excellent overseed
Overseed came in very good. Tee boxes are really full along with rest of course. Greens were about 9 stimp but very smooth.

We were nicely greeted at the pro shop and checked in in no time. We were given directions for 1st and 10th tee box as well as the driving range. A small bucket of balls was provided with the green fees. We started about 5 minutes before our tee time and pace of play was great until the 6th hole then it slowed down, but very reasonable as we played in 4h10.
The course was in great shape except for the tee boxes that had too much grass, but due to overseeding. Nice course to play and an excellent value for your dollar. I would certainly play it again.

The food was an issue.. Seems you can only a meal, no snacks. Not very clear on the ordering process.
