Summer conditions
Fairways are scalped and greens are lightening fast.
Hi. Palm Valley does not overseed, golfers should anticipate dormant fairways during the late winter/early spring. We do this practice as it saves water and provides beautiful fairways during the warmer Las Vegas months. Conditions will continue to improve heading into the summer months. fast greens
the course was very dry hard to follow white ball,greens very fast.my first time on a course in 5 months i played like crap not the course fault in all had a good day.

The course was very dry and very fast. Wasn't in very good condition.

OK for Winter
Course not overseeded so fast on rolls if you hit liners or ground burners.. Greens very fast and most are sloped so tricky to get a good putt.

Dormant....
Greens were fair at best, entire course was ‘dormant’ - read dead and hard might as have played at home in my garage. This isn’t Minnesota - course should be entirely playable and GREEN this time of year.

Good course
Just looking to squeeze in some golfing in between scheduled vacation events. The tee boxes, fairways and greens were in great shape. The staff was professional and very friendly from the cart guy to the starter to the dining staff. I recommend this place.
