About
Originally designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., Apollo Beach Golf Club features large, well- bunkered greens and long tee boxes with generous fairways. The course is designed around many small lakes and inlets that dominate the landscape, bringing water into play on every hole. One trip around the layout and you will know that there are all sorts of unseen challenges awaiting golfers of all skill levels. The snack bar/restaurant offers home cooked breakfasts and lunches featuring specials daily.

Appollo Beach Golf Club
We found the course somewhat challenging for the weekend golfer, but we enjoyed the game. The course needed some work, but that could be the time we played it.
Good value
I have played this course over the past few years, maybe 4 times a year. Great track, good challenge however the course needs some grooming. Fairways lies are just too tight, greens need work. Good value, we will be back.
Still a fun course
Have been playing here off n on for 20 years. Always some of the best rolling greens in the area. Average conditions in the fairways. Around greens were good, and bunkers were full of soft sand. Few bunkers were a bit rocky.
Very Friendly People
For the second time, I took my two brothers-in-law with me but I only booked two-some. One of my brother-in-law is somehow between a down syndrom and a handicap. I needed to get him out of the house so he doesn’t get bored. He enjoys to drive the cart. I ask the young lady in the pro-shop who signed us up that I needed two carts and I will pay for the rider’s fee. To my surprise she didn’t charge me anything for rider’s fee for the second time. The starters are also very friendly. I would like to make this my home course. It’s only 5-7 minutes from our house. The greens are kinda slow but they are in great shape. There are two temporary greens but I think soner or later they will open them up. The fairways aren’t the best. The air are very nice and cool. I feel like I want to take a nap while I’m driving the cart. The people who plays there are also very friendly. Very nice community. I feel so safe there.
fun and playable
I had tons of fun playing here. its rough in places, but a solid course at a great price. greens are fuzzy, so hit it hard! the yardage book is super helpful, and the staff was very nice.
Enjoyable Round
The course has an interesting layout, but I found some fairway bunkers poorly placed. It has a good number of water hazards, but many only came into play for very wayward shots. The course booklet was nicely done and quite helpful for yardage. Overall, a nice experience that I will happily repeat.
Temporary Greens
All in all a pretty good deal. Green fees a little bit high for the condition of the course. Some temporary greens and some tee boxes under maintenance so all moved to the furthest forward tee box. Staff is friendly, wish they would keep their rates a little bit lower for those of us who keep them open around rather than catering to the snow birds
Greens rolled great
Enjoyed round very much. Fairways were good and the greens were putting very true.

Best greens in the area! Booked through golf now, so got a really good price! Really enjoyed this course!
