Play here you'll love it
It was my first time playing here thought it was a great golf course. Challenging for all levels tight tee off at some holes. Some with narrow passage to the green protected by water on one side and bunkers on the other. Lots of moguls. Fairways and greens are in fine shape.great day.
A course for straight hitters
A challeging course because many holes are narrow in the landing areas and sometimes when you have a nice shot because of ondulation you cannot see you are in trouble. So you have to play this place a second time for a better score.
Second time I played it and forgot how nice it was
Challenging and enjoyable
Played four ball with our wives . Guys from tips and some very tight tee shots but fairways opened up in right spots.
Pat 3s good test throughout course.
Course in very good condition and greens while not very fast ran true.
Clubhouse very tastefully redecorated and staff friendly.
A positive experience and one we would revisit if in area..
A great course
It was raining when we got to the course and some golfers did not want to go out so we got out a few minutes early but the course was full so waited every hole (that's golf in FL) course was in great shape other than being very wet (it did not rain that much) we will be back to play again !
Lovely friendly place
Always love playing here. Course is in very good shape. Staff are excellent. A course I'd like to be a member.
The course needs tweaking on tee boxes and some fairways. Overall pretty good.
A nice reception by friendly staff was a good start.
I was asking what tips they could give a first time visitor...they all said hit at the 150 markers every hole...and maybe use 3 wood off the tee. Good advice, it was very tight off the tee on most holes.
Well maintained private club on a nice property.
Greens were slower than other premium courses nearby and a bit worn out here and there.
Overall a very nice course. Not sure I’d go back right away but it’s a must play just to see the grounds...quite attractive for sure, then make your own decision.
Lovely friendly place
Course is in good shape and greens are very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our round.
Lovely friendly place
I've played here many times. Some may say it's tight but it's really just an old style course. It's actually in great shape even though they say it's being overseeded. I can't believe how inexpensive it is given it's overall quality. If you want to play a TPC go play one. If you want to have an enjoyable and challenging round...
Play Rosedale. I highly recommend this course.
Have played this course for years. Great employees, nice layout. Only criticism would be greens which have a lot of bare spots for some reason at this time
Rosedale Golf Review
Good, large practice green & a practice bunker. Good driving range with grass (not mats). Range balls cost $10 extra. Received about 70 balls. I couldn't hit balls on the range after my round. I went to the driving range with some range balls after my round. A staff member approached and took my range balls at 7 PM. Thumb down. He was nice, though. The course was somewhat wet, but fairways and greens were in good condition. Some good wildlife (Sandhill Cranes) on the course, & frogs were in the ball cleaner on the 10th. Surprised me.
Love this track!!
We play courses all around here and Rosedale is simply one of our favorites. It’s fair and challenging to say the least. The layout is beautiful yet tight as well forcing you to make a quality second shot. Placement and approach at this course is key! Greens are great for this time of year even after a fresh aeration a couple weeks ago but that doesn’t scare me. There’s a couple (maybe 2) tee boxes that are sparse due to being in direct high sun all day but they thicken up during snow bird season when unfortunately this place gets expensive again but still fair. One thing I will say is that this place has the most ludicrously high prices for beer, mixed drinks and $6.75 for a hot dog so do yourself a favor and stick to the water and Gatorade because their prices are higher than ANYONE around. Nice carts, restrooms are nice on the course and the greens and people are awesome. We want to live there and be members. NOTE: slowest guard shack in history so give yourself 15 minutes and there’s no carts in the parking lot which is kinda stupid but some old folks can’t even handle a buggy so our loss for convenience. Play this course!!!
My wife and I had an awesome day today playing Rosedale golf course today.
Great layout and true putting greens.
