Course in poor condition
With so many fine courses around to play, this course was a major disappointment for the price. Fairways and greens need major, major work.

Without great expectations, OK for a round
Staff friendly, but course definitely needs some TLC. Appears they are considering a major rebuild which would be great. Could be a premier area courses(s) with central location and some major improvement. Fairways are thin, greens bumpy.

Hello,
This was my first time playing the American course and the number of bare spots on the fairways was very disappointing. The sand traps were very inconsistent and half the rakes should be replaced. The greens were good, but a little slow compared to other courses I play. Overall, I play quite a few courses I feel are a better value with courses in much better condition.
