skip the free lunch and bad greens
The staff is very friendly and helpful. A nice newish standing structure with indoor plumbing bathroom/concessions placed partway through the front and back nine was a plus.(avoiding the port-a-potty is always nice) Fairways are in good shape. The layout is not particularly challenging though some fairways are a bit narrow. With that being said the greens were in bad shape. I would have actually been happier had no "lunch" been included with my greens fees. Plain tacos with no drink on a hot day is not a lunch in my opinion. My dad tells me the "included breakfast" is much better. I paid $2.25 for a cup of ice and a little pepsi, no refills even though I hadn't even left the clubhouse. I really like the course layout so I would play here again expecting that I caught the greens at a low point and I would disregard "lunch included".
OV Regular
Love playing this course because it’s fun and quick. The staff is very friendly except for one really old man in the pro shop who almost immediately ruins your day upon check in with his negative attitude about EVERYTHING under the sun. OV Golf Course could be considered a “good ole boys” course, but once you get passed all the stupidity of check in and out on the course, it’s a fun time.

Spend money elsewhere
They were happy to take our money for a tee time, but wouldn’t refund when they closed on a sunny Friday. Greens are also terrible - $5 course at best

Nice public courae
Courae was in good shape. It was a nice day in Nov so knew iy would be a bit slow but man we had a thrwesome in front of us that was brutally slow. No marahall so we had to skip a hole to finish befor darkness set in. The teeoff price was great fir a aaturday round mid-day.
Good value for money
The pace of play was somewhat slow, and the course conditions were fair. However, the staff was more than great, and around was a great value for the money.
Beautiful Day at Oceanview
Ocean View is a fun course to play. The weather was great and the greens were in good condition. Pace of play is usually slow at Ocean View...today was no different.
Made reservations online...good price...no hassle check-in, getting cart, or starting front nine.

Great course that is shorter. Maintinence is great and so are the people
Worth the green fees
It's obvious that management takes pride in this course. Right now they are refilling bunkers and adding new sod in warn areas. Drainage is very good at this course and honestly, the staff couldn't be friendlier.
