Love Turkey Creek Golf Club
Great course layout, friendly staff, and great restaurant on the 19th. Plus the price for 18 holes is fantastic. I would definitely recommend coming out for a round. Also nice range with great prices on buckets.
Rain out
Course is just ok, even for gainesville. some patchy greens, very SLOW, fairways are just ok.
Service- We were rained out after 5 and went to ask for a rain check, but couldn’t because “we booked online,” even after watching other patrons in front of us get one (presumably because they used another platform)…idk why they think that’s right, basically acted like they don’t see any money from golf now. I felt basically like i got scammed.
All I’ll say is, I never had a problem getting a rain check at Bostick, if there’s any chance of rain I would just go there. They basically took my money and ran with it, and the best they could do was “yeahhhh sorry.”
Pleased with the revitalization
Having come back from the dead, this course is good. Still needs work, but the effort in getting this back into shape is obvious. I plan to play it anytime UF is closed or has events.
Greens recently punched
The overall experience was a good one course layout excellent fairway were in good condition, tee boxes for the most part good , greens recently punch not bad considering. I will be back
Not Bad At All
First time playing this course. Heard it was an angel project from the neighborhood so thought I would give it time and try it out. Not disappointed. They are working hard on the course! Can't wait to see how things continue to develop!
Best in town
Super awesome greens- no refreshments on the course though but this corse is the best in town for a public course
A gem of a shorter course
I would recommend the course to anyone, but especially seniors and women, because the forward tees are very friendly and scorable.
The course is in good condition, the pace of play was excellent on a weekday afternoon, and the layout is varied and fun. A positive is that there is limited water and limited sand, which makes it friendlier for non- pros.
Everything, including the value was A or A+. I will be back!
Coming along strong
Greens are improving rapidly. In the local area only Bostick and Hawkstone are better.
Great practice facility and 19th hole is convenient with good food.
Enjoyable layout.
Tree limbs growing out into fairway need to be cut back.
Just to be clear to the public.
This review is waaaaaau out of line. One ⭐️ rating really?
Goat Ranch? Come on.
They have spent the last 2 years getting this course back to one of the best public courses in the area period!!
Trust me come see for yourself and you won’t be disappointed!!
