My favorite par 3 at LR. Photo submitted by Douglas7907013 on 07/21/2015
A Great Golf Course
Laughlin Ranch is a great track with a variety of holes. You will use every club in your bag. Water is in play on several holes which is unusual for a course in the high desert. The greens were fast and true.
My only negatives are that the half-way house was closed when we made the turn and we did not see the beverage cart until 17. Also, the back nine became a death March as groups stacked up behind a slow foursome. We never saw a ranger.
Still, this is a great course and I love playing here.
Definitely the best course in the Mojave Valley. Worth every penny. Requires some 'course management' but overall not too difficult. (Full disclosure it wasn't windy which it can be in the area quite often)
Best course for miles
We play LR every time we come to the area. The staff is always exceptional as is the course. The views on the course are worth the trip itself. When you complete your round, the massage is exceptional and always refreshing. The bar is always a hit. If you are looking for a great place to spend the day, this is it.
Awesome
First class amenities.Very challenging course design. Gorgeous views. Bullhead city has a real winner here !
Super friendly staff
Very enjoyable day! Course was in great shape and the staff made it a great day!!! Starter very informative and cart staff super great in getting us to where we needed to be!! Did I mention it was a very enjoyable day!?
beautifully course tough conditions
Course is in excellent condition. Very playable if you can play in 25 mile oer hour winds. Greens are a challenge but run true. Grainy.
Couse your tee wisely. I am an 11 handicap and play the silver tees.
I am also 71 years young/
Tough but fair course
Played course in 25 to 30 mph winds. Try to schedule during little to no wind conditions as it is brutal in high winds. Great greens that rolled true. Tee boxes for every length in great condition. Could use longer grass along fairway boundaries.
Hidden Gem
One of the best desert courses you’ll find anywhere. Every hole is unique and interesting. One of the best features are two drivable par 4’s that give you options. Paul with Outside Services was very friendly and made you feel welcome right away!
The course is in great condition, fun to play and when it is played it is a great place to play...
