Had a good round nice course and in very good condition
Rate of play good greens a little slow
Teenage 10-somes allowed??? We'll never play here again.
As a beginner to golf, my wife likes this course, and even got her first birdie on this day!
The guy that checked us in at the pro shop is the wrong man in the wrong place, he has a hearing problem and cannot hear a guests answers to his questions, then gets upset with the guest when he cannot hear. He is rude and condescending to guests.
The golf course was in rough shape after the recent flooding, tho we could see that the maintenance crew had done a lot of work already.
On the 9th hole we encountered a 10-some group of high school players who refused to allow was to play through. Why is a 10-some allowed to play? And now they believe they "own the course"??? They pay a very reduced rate, and now they kids are running the course??? Over-privileged brats you are enabling! I predict they will lose matches for blatant rules violations.
We will not be returning to Durango Hills.
Top par three courses in Las Vegas
One of the best city courses in town.
Club house is always clean. Carts are well kept up.
Staff is always friendly.
The course is very well maintained.
Thank you for the comments, we appreciate very much and look forward to your next visit.
Quick round
First time I’ve played here in almost 3 years. Bunkers still in bad shape. Hopefully their oatmeal doesn’t still look and taste like the bunkers (instant). Rest of course in good condition. Finished in 2hrs 45mins with a slow group in front of us.
Thank you for playing Durango Hills GC. The bunkers are a work in progress no doubt. We are exploring the best options to do a major renovation so be on the look out for that. See you next time.
Thank you rodbrowley for the feedback. The bunkers are a work in progress but they are on the books for some major work in the near future. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Nice short course
Very nice short course mostly par 3 with four par 4 holes. Played in the early am with my 11 year old son. The greens looked a bit odd to me but rolled surprisingly well. Overall, we had a good time and would definitely play here again.
Thank you for the comments. We are glad to hear you had a good time and glad you are bringing your son out to play. We appreciate it and see you next time.
Great little Gem
First time playing, great value for the money. Staff was helpful, great little layout in good shape.
Staff are super helpful
We are over from Australia and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Thank you.
We appreciate the patronage and look forward to seeing you on your next visit to Las Vegas.
Great iron practice
Fun course, big challenging greens, and fast play.
Sharpen your iron play
Nice variety of par threes that will test your accuracy and distance control. Greens are hard and fast which challenges your putting skills.
The traps could use some sand and rock removal but the placement and size of them gathers wayward shots.
For the amount of play, I think it is in fairly good condition. A nice short course.
Good short & mid game challenge
FYI - So long you stay out of the bunkers it's all good because the grandular will ruin your wedge clubs.
Like the layout, very fun course to play.
Thank you for the comments. We are exploring the best options with the bunkers and looking forward to making improvements to them as they are work in progress. Thank you and see you next time.
