Wynn Golf Club
About
Wynn Golf Club has the distinction of being the only golf course on the Las Vegas Strip. The lush scenic course is a stark contrast to its busy location. It was once thought impossible to do anything with this terrain but designer Tom Fazio crafted a picturesque oasis with cascading waterfalls, meandering streams, and mature forests. This golf course offers more than just a beautiful setting and views of the Vegas skyline, it's a formidable test that requires careful thought and strategy on each hole. The lengthy course feels even longer thanks to the many elevation changes. There are thousands of pines and shrubs enclosing the contoured fairways and shaping the narrow landing areas. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes and strategically placed bunkers lurk along the greensides. The Wynn Las Vegas golf course is a tough but fair test.

Beautiful course, great layout and the customer service is beyond great. The only thing is you have to carry yoyr clubs all the way from parking, thru the casino and to the pro shop. Other than that the experience was top notch
Close to the strip-$400 for golf is a good value
You can play other courses just as nice off the strip that cost $225 but they are a $40 to $50 cab/Uber rides each way. Now your value conscious $225 round is over $300. Andrew our forecaddie was awesome and we never ran out of water or Gatorade (all complimentary) during our round. Only 4-stars for condition because while really great, it was not as pristine as places I've played like Pronghorn in Central Oregon. And Callaway clubs are included, so there's no rental fee. Plus, you could lose $400 at Blackjack in less than an hour or have 4 hours of great quality golf.
Great Overall Experience
Since I have played Shadow Creek a few times, I wanted to try the Wynn Golf Club, and was able to take advantage of the Summer rate. Had a great caddy in David, and being first out, and alone, the round moved very quickly. It is much tighter than Shadow, and of course not as long, but the Fazio design is very well done. They were putting sand on the greens the day I played, but the putts rolled very true. They also had to re-design the course when it reopens, and unfortunately lost a great finishing hole. It is still great, just now a par 3 vs and tough par 4. I would repeat.
WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!
I thoroughly enjoyed my round at the Wynn!! The course is in great shape!! It was a fair test, not overwhelming. You had opportunities to make pars or better. My caddie David was a true professional in every way!! The service was impeccable and everyone I came in contact was first class!! Cant wait to play it again soon!!
Wow !!!
Unbelievable Golf Course one of the best I’ve ever played. I will definitely be coming back. My caddy’s name was Mark he was awesome make sure you ask for him.
Great track
The golf course was in perfect condition. The views around the course were really cool. We had a great caddie in Charlie. The staff from Brain who carried are clubs along way to the pro shop. From Arnika at the pro shop who processed us. The staff at the Wynn were amazing. The course was well worth the money. I would definitely recommend to play. You just can't believe that a course like this is off the strip. Wow! Very very nice!
Fair evaluation of my experience
Friendly and accommodating staff, great layout, scenic views, greens and tee box's in excellent condition, moderate speed on greens rolling at about 10. Fairways and rough cut and maintained nicely, however, dried out in many areas.
I am a local resident, so the biggest drawback if you're not staying at the Wynn hotel is the quarter of a mile walk ( it might have been closer to a half mile) through the casino/resort to get to the golf course.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Caddie was knowledgeable and new the course.

Vegas Excess Personified - Perfection
Short review:
Expensive, perfect conditions, super fun course design, great caddie and service all around. Highly recommend to all those who like to splurge in Vegas.
Long review:
The Wynn Golf Club returns after a short hiatus. After plans to demolish it were scuttled, Fazio was brought back in to tweak it. It's now shorter, has 6 par 3's!, and feels like a brand new course.
Arrival: You have to go through the Wynn hotel to get to the pro shop. I highly recommend just using hotel valet, they will escort you and your clubs through the casino. It's a long hike and well worth a $10 tip.
Check-in: Check-in is fairly normal, except you will see some crazy things in the pro shop, including $16,000 Bentley golf clubs. The green fee is $550, but includes cart, rental clubs, and a fore caddie. (Still need to tip the caddie, of course.) Yes $550 is ridiculous, but it's Vegas. I've paid $14 for a milkshake, this is a way better deal.
Warm up: You are taken to your cart by your caddie. It's a super plush cart, nicest I've ever been in. I'm actually not sure if you are allowed to walk, we didn't ask. It's Vegas, we weren't exactly in the best condition so a relaxing ride sounded good. There is no full range, you hit off of artificial turf into a large net about 20 yards away. It's actually not bad at all and the artificial turf quality is amazing.
Amenities: The sandwiches at the halfway house are awesome. We tried a couple and split them, they were all great. After the round, the Wynn is your Oyster so you have limitless options. You also get the full use of the locker room, which includes a shower. It's all plush.
Conditions: Perfect, not much else to say. Perfect greens, perfect fairways, perfect rough, perfect sand. It's hard to imagine better conditions, honestly.
Course: Fazio outdid himself. With flat ground and very little land he has created a masterpiece. Like most public Fazio's, it's inviting off the tee and uses water often to create clear targets and penalties. The course has six! par 3's, which I find a refreshing change to the normal 4. A few of the holes are a bit close to other holes, but given the small amount of land, it's incredible how most holes feel isolated.
If you aren't in the water, your ball is generally playable. The use of pines and pine straw base make for some fun recovery shot opportunities. The greens roll perfect and fast.
Bonus: On the 18th hole par 3, you get a chance for cash. A hole in one from the back tee is worth $20,000. The other tees are worth $10,000. It's an awesome Vegas ending to a great round.
Overall, I highly recommend the Wynn to all Vegas high rollers or vacationers who like to live it up for 4 hours. For many, it will save you money over the blackjack table!
AWESOME experience from BEGINNING to END!!!
Can’t say enough about my first-time experience playing golf at the Wynn!!! Definitely a winning opportunity no matter how you score! No pun intended: )
We were introduced to our fore-caddy while on the practice putting green. He was a great addition to our foursome for starters and I can’t say enough about the beauty of the finishing / 18th hole with an amazing waterfall!
A grand return
The new revamped Wynn blew past my expectations. What I ranked as four stars previously is now five stars. The eight revamped holes by Tom Fazio fit in seamlessly with the new routing. With six par 3s, there's more chances for birdies and heroic shots to win side bets with your foursome. The caddies and service are excellent. The waterfall behind the new par-3 18th has roared back to life, just like the course. The bucket list is back on the Las Vegas Strip.
