Scottsdale Silverado Golf Club
Silverado Golf Course welcomes all skill levels of golfer, but more advanced players will find the course pleasant but perhaps not as challenging as they would like. Located next to a bike trail that runs through much of Scottsdale, the course provides excellent views. While playing, golfers can enjoy vistas of the surrounding desert landscape as well as the Camelback and Mummy Mountains. A notable hole is the par-3 18th hole, not only for the gorgeous backdrop provided by the mountains but also its difficulty level. From its elevated tee, golfers get a good visual of the hole including the water and strategically placed bunkers that surround it.

Love this place
All around great environment. Course always in great shape. Friendly staff. Restaurant serves quality food n drink. Only issue we ever had was water in the ditches during rainy spell last year but that’s to be expected w the canal system.
Like this course, staff very friendly
Played golf with a great group, in spite of the cold the staff got us out on time, GREAT....loved the course
Wide fairways, excellent course condition. Friendly staff. Spectacular day.
Old School Scottsdale Golf
Very short course with several par 5's reachable in 2. Greens were true and sand traps very well raked and lofty. The course winds it way thru housing in a spillway for flooding, so there are several locations where drainage is an issue, but otherwise a good course.
Nice course but a little pricey.
Nice course, greens in good shape, fairways in great shape except for the small river running through the front nine caused by recent heavy rains.
Pros - Started on time, good pace, decent layout, greens in good shape and the ball rolled well. Nice practice area. Friendly staff.
Neutral - 4 par 5's and 6 par 3's = Par 70. only 6300+ from the tips.
Cons - NO DRIVING Range, drainage issue from recent rains. No GPS on cart. Not enough yardarge markers. Had to ask for a cooler. A little pricey considering some of the things that were missing.
Enjoyed my round. Pace of play was rather sluggish. Course is in great shape. Greens fast. Staff was terrific. I’ll play there again.
This is such a fun course! One of my favorite in fact! Fairways were in really good condition. Only drawback was that the greens weren’t in the best condition, they were pretty beat up. But the surroundings are so nice. The course has more water than the last time I played which made play more difficult. Overall, highly recommend.
Had the round of my life so have to give it five stars. We flew in on Boxing Day from Canada to pouring rain and were staying next to the 11th fairway listening to generators pumping to get water off the course. It was in great shape considering how much water we had seen on the course in the past days. Friendly staff and a warm atmosphere after the round.
Very nice up kept course , it does get flooded out on the front 9 when it rains but if you keep in the fairway, your fine. It hasn’t rained in a while so right now, it’s awesome. I had 2:40pm tee time and right off the first tee, we were waiting on a threesome in front and being pushed from behind. I think they should’ve spaced that out a little more. Didn’t get to finish the back 9 cause the sun goes down very early This time of year but the 18th hole is their signature hole and it kind of resembles the island hole at Sawgrass. Also, the the first hole is par 4 or par 5 and then the 2nd hole is a short par 3, very odd in my opinion but other than that I loved playing here. Locals are friendly, pro shop was very nice, however; the gal who took my drink order at the bar was sitting on her phone texting when I walked up, I had to wait for her to finish the text before she acknowledged me...not a fan of that.
Wet and rainy
Beautiful Christmas Eve. The kitchen was closed when I got there, but the Chef made me lunch anyway, and boy was it good. Drizzling rain was off and on for the front and cleared quite a bit for the back. The course was beautiful. The staff and course are always inviting.
Course was fairly easy but a lot of fun. In good shape considering all the rain they had just gotten. Path only but was still a good time and quick pace of play.
Course in great shape
Greens and fairways were in great shape. This course is basically built in a wash and even with all the rain we have experienced over the last few weeks the course was in great shape. With all the rain there are added water features which added some nice challenges on some holes. I would definitely play here again.
Good course at right price
Had a week of rain in AZ. Course had standing water in non normal places. Some challenging holes Had fun ,good pace of play 3.5 hours on NY Eve. Bar was good for 19th hole. $59-65 course on Golf Now. Not worth $80
Great public course. Challenge, but not difficult. Can’t wait to play here again. This may be my go to course in Scottsdale.
